Got my 3 sinks and disposal done in less than 3 hr with Ricardo and Marlon. Very thorough and professional installations, including taking care of frozen connections which would have made me crazy if I had done this work. They supplied a high quality Insinkerator and sink stopper assemblies that I didnt have to order or shop for. More $$ than I expected but I havent had this much plumbing done for a while. Quality work, on time, good cleanup and leak testing. I will use Nancys Plumbing again. Btw, its Nancy the owner who answers the phone!

I highly recommend calling Nancy's Plumbing in Antioch if you need a plumber's help. An old outside spigot on my patio began leaking water at a fast rate, and I wasn't able to turn it off. Nancy's sent their young man Riccardo out within a half hour of my call. He provided excellent customer service and care. He was able to drive to Lowes right away and purchase a new modern spigot, and install it. I was so relieved to have the repair done so I wouldn't worry all night about the huge volume of water that was being wasted!

It was a Saturday afternoon and our shower value began to leak heavily after attempting a diy repair. We had to shut the water off to the whole house. After calling about 6 or 7 different companies, Nancys was the fist to confirm a technician was available and ready to be sent out. Chris showed up right on time and was extremely polite and professional. He confirmed the problem was the valve, then went to pick up the necessary parts, then came right back and completed the job with no wasted time. Water to the building was fully restored. I would hire Nancys plumbing again and highly recommend them. Great service. The phone representative was great also. Great customer service. Thank you guys again. You saved our day.

I cant speak much to the value because Ive only used Nancys but they are always responsive, on time, professional, and do excellent work. Marlin was fantastic when he came out the first time. Christian was attentive, listening to the problems we were having and quickly fixed the problem with minimal interruption to our water use. I will call them again the next time an issue arises.

I woke up to a puddle of water under my sink and a dripping faucet. I called Nancys Plumbing and they had an available service person that same day. Ricardo called me back promptly and came to my house in less than 30 minutes. A real pro, he had the faucet off in no time flat. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them the next time I have any plumbing needs. I could not be happier with the service.

Today they repaired a leaking shower valve and spout fixture. They are always kind, knowledgeable, prompt, timely. They also are opened on Saturday and will return this Saturday to install a stripped shut off water valve outside. In the past they have unclogged our master bath toilet and sink. Both still working beautifully months later. I am happy with their prices charged and feel comfortable around Chris, a very nice young man.

Last week I had Nacy's plumbing come by and repair 2 outdoor hose bibbs (faucets) and they did a great job. Not only was it quality work, but it was also great service all around. They provided me with a detailed estimate based on the variation of complexities that could come up once the work started. In the end, the job was simple and they were done in 15 minutes.

Came home to water majorly leaking from my water heater. It was after 9pm when I texted Nancys Plumbing. I was hoping for an early morning response. I was texted back that night! They came at 7am as arranged and removed my old heater and installed a new one. Chris was very prompt, friendly and did an excellent job at an affordable cost. I highly recommend this company!

Our water heater died early in the morning and I contacted Nancys Plumbing after searching for a local plumber. I was able to see the pricing on their website and was quoted the same and they were able to replace the water heater by mid day. The on-site person (Chris) was very professional and answered a multitude of questions I had while continuing to work on replacing the water heater. I will definitely use this business again when changing out my toilets in the next few months and any other work that arises.

For someone who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing I wasnt sure what to expect for my kitchen sink leak. From the time of call to the end of service, it took less than 3 hrs. The customer service over the phone and in person was excellent. They use a house call home texting app that was very helpful, it alerted me when Chris was on his way, when the job began and ended with a price breakdown and total. Chris was on time, very respectful, knowledgeable and quick! The price seemed fair for the job and I am beyond satisfied with Nancy's Plumbing services. Next time I need plumbing services I'll definitely be giving them a call.
