Architectural Millwork
Report
Architectural Millwork embodies specialty items such as doors, elliptical and radius moldings, and non-standard built-ins that require a great deal of woodworking knowledge, experience, and the right equipment to complete. Our team and specialists understand this better than anyone, and in the department of custom millwork, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT.
Moldings
Report
CDC custom designs and grinds knives in order to make any hardwood molding that a client desires. Attached are some of the stock moldings that CDC creates on a regular basis. All moldings are available in paint grade or any species of wood (subject to material availability). Please contact us for more information on our molding and millwork products.
Cabinetry
Report
Cabinetry is designed using the latest in CAD technologies. G Code is then generated for the CNC Router, which cuts all parts necessary to construct the custom cabinets. Additional cut lists are generated for door and drawer front sizes. Pre-finished sheets of Birch plywood are loaded onto the vacuum table of the CNC router, which holds the material in place.
