Air Kool provides excellent service. This was my second complete installation. The system installed 5 years ago runs like new. Today's (7.21.22) installation was impressive. Four man team removed old system and completed install in 4 hours. They put plastic down to keep carpet clean and carried out old equipment through small attic opening with no damage. In my 30 years of home ownership, I have never done business with a company as communicative and helpful as Air Kool. Both technicians that came to my house and the young lady who helped me on the phone were friendly and professional. They did everything they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. They followed up to ensure all was well.
They also went the extra mile to recognize my failed part was probably still under warranty and they filed the claim for me. The work I paid them to do was priced fairly. They were also extremely patient with me when I didn't have my ducks in a row. This company will be my go-to for all of my HVAC needs in the future. Thank you so much for your help!
