I called Ameritech Wednesday morning in need of a new AC quick. Chris Makin came out the same day, was extremely professional, thoroughly explained what I needed and took the time to find the right system to fit my needs. The system was installed Friday. The install looked great and the house was left spotless. The Ameritech customer service exceeded expectations, would highly recommend.

I purchased my AC unit from AmeriTech and overall my experience has been great. This week I had a very unusual issue (rats in the unit) and Kent Vaughn showed up (EARLY btw) and went above and beyond what he had to do for this service call. I really appreciate how helpful this company and it's techs\operators have been and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Chris Makin and his team. I had to change the date/time of my quote at least twice and Chris was flexible in allowing me to do so. He made sure to work with me to nail down a good time that I'd be available. I had Ameritech install a zoned damper system, with additional thermostat in my two story home, and add 3 returns up stairs. Prior to the system the heating and cooling in the house was really inconsistent, now, it feels like the temp throughout the house is more consistent and heats/cools based on where the temp adjustments is needed.
It's helpful that I can now adjust the upstairs and downstairs temperatures separately based on where I am going to be during that time. The installers did a fantastic job. All work looks professional and they made sure to explain operation and what they had done to the system. They cleaned up after themselves really well, even in parts where they had to cut through the drywall. Excellent services provide by Ameritech. Look forward to working with them again.

Responsive service, my evaporator coil failed after barely a year of installation and they are going to come out and replace it free of charge. Quality service like that should be commended.
