His thoroughness and excellent skill were impressive. Evrything from the initial call to set the appointment to the final good bye was great! Our technician Mark, was professional and courteous throughout the whole visit. I appreciated the recommendations and the way he spoke with me, not "at" me. After listing his recommendations to us, we chose a couple and are really happy with the efficiency and quality of Mark and his assistant. The shower and washer are running great! They were the epitome of polite and professional. We will definitely be using this service again as we plan for addressing other recommendations made today. I highly recommend Go Green!

Tim was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He talked me through everything that he did and made sure that I understood what he was doing and why it had to be done. He throughly inspected my complete plumbing system and addressed every potential issue not just my initial concern. Tim also offered me the family plan, which allowed me the opportunity to save on my services today and in the future. He really went above and beyond to make this a 5 star experience for me and should I have any issues in the future, I will definitely give Tim and Go Green a call!

Joe Miller, our technician, was a delight to work with and his report on issues involved in the job was detailed and easily understood, , and the options he presented allowed us to determine what best met our needs at this time. Joe also gave other suggestions for things that might be needed in the future. I highly recommend Go Green Plumbing, Heating and Air and Joe Miller!
