My daughter recommended right choice plumbing after she had a great experience. I called them after I had a toilet leak on a Saturday and they responded promptly. They came out and fixed my toilet leak. all seemed well. two weeks later, toilet leaked again again placed an emergency call. They came out fixed a separate problem with the toilet. Can't say enough about their courteous customer service. Thanks Jake for your great service and Bella. Thanks you as well.

They responded very quickly when I called about a leak in my bathroom. Found the leak in a copper pipe in the wall. Showed me the copper pipe that was the culprit. Repair was reasonable and they answered all my questions.

Wright Choice Plumbing has come to our rescue twice in the last month! Once with a Saturday morning flood disaster and just this week installing two new toilets and bidets. Each time they have been professional, kind, clean and great communicators. Just today my niece asked if I knew a good plumber - no hesitation- WRIGHT CHOICE PLUMBING!

We just moved to Winston Salem, NC and don't know any service repair companies. Called a few with either no return calls back or price were too high. Write choice plumbing was not only prompt, priced well, but they were honest about another job I wanted done and was told I would save money if I contacted the local gas company to have that part done by them. Give this company a try.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work by Wright Choice Plumbing. We have used them several times. This go'round Caleb and Grayson replaced our ancient leaking disposal and our equally old hot water heater. The guys did a wonderful job. They arrived on time and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner and they were good with our dogs too!

Caleb & Grayson came since leaking problem continues. Caleb identified that sealing causes problems, so I contacted the company who installed last year. Caleb talked with them about the problem & he insisted them to fix it. Caleb even gave me his number if the company people come & fuss about it. Thank you, Caleb! The company people will come on Tuesday!
