Established in May 1983 and incorporated in June 1991, with E.P.A. & C-TED Region 10 Lead Based Paint Abatement Renewed Certification in 2015 and EPA Residential, Child Care, and Schools Certification in 2014. Sullivan Painting Service is an Accredited PDCA contractor and closely follows all of the PDCA Standards.Sullivan Painting has been PDCA members for 20 years and was awarded Contractor of the Year for 2013. Kevin Sullivan is the past 2012-2014 President of WA State PDCA and current 2015 -2017 National Painting and Decorating Contractors Western Region Director. Sullivan Painting Service is affiliated with ABC of Western Washington and has annually been awarded the Gold Level STEP award.
