C&C Lawn and Irrigation is owned by Chris Cash, a native to the Bryan and College Station, Texas area. Chris is a very hands-on owner who has a passion for lawn maintenance and landscaping. Our irrigation and landscaping company has been serving individuals and businesses in the Brazos Valley since the year 2000.

We have the expertise for mowing lawns, landscaping, installing sprinkler systems, and performing other jobs related to the lawn maintenance business. We have been asked, "What is a full service company?" That simply means we do not have to hire different contractors to mow your yard and another contractor to install a sprinkler system and another contractor to work with concrete and so on.

Properly timed mowings for the current season, at the correct mowing heights, with sharp blades, will ensure a healthy cut lawn every time. Clay soil is very compacted in our area, and lawn core aeration yields the best results in our area if performed at least 2 times a year. Spring and fall are optimal times for aeration. Instead of treating lawn problems, be proactive.

C & C Lawn and Irrigation offers a year-round lawn maintenance program that is designed for each client. We are a full service lawn maintenance company and have been mowing and maintaining residential and commercial lawns since 2000. Weekly schedules consist of 35 mowings for the year and bi-weekly schedules are 22 mowings a year.
