Update: Gaspar's responded to my concerns, sending out Latif (handyman manager) to ensure the faucet installation was completed to my satisfaction. I appreciate the attention they gave to ensure good customer service. I booked a service call to replace three bathroom faucets and one towel bar that I supplied. Time estimate was one day or less. Handyman showed up without all the necessary tools, plumbers putty, and silicone; and evidently had limited experience with installing faucets. $1200 later, one faucet was installed without replacing the drain (no putty), one towel bar was installed, and two sinks were left with faucets removed but not replaced, so are unusable.
I had to pay for more than an hour for the handyman to drive to Lowe's to purchase a tool that he then kept. Handyman services booking out for several weeks so no idea when the job might be completed -- or how much more I would need to pay.
