Really great to work with, everything turned out perfect and the owner was exceptionally knowledgable about construction. I met with a lot of contractors that didn't know what they were talking about and are inexperienced. Schenkar construction has decades of experience, so important!

Schenkar Construction completed a large interior home remodeling job for me. They met the challenge of completing the plan with the quality outcome I expected, within my budget, and on time. Two thumbs up for Schenkar Construction's attention to detail!

Alex and company were great to work with. He provided great bid details and always kept us advised on changes to our project. Our's was a very "technical" project as it involved a 100+ year home which presented many surprises. Alex was prompt about advising us of costs and choices. In the end the results were spectacular and after two years we continue to get compliments from neighbors on the work.
We removed, replaced and expanded front and back concrete porches that had broken and sagged over the years. It meant removal and replacement of old columns while holding up the canopies. It took about 6 months.

Schenkar Construction went above and beyond to deliver not once but twice. We enlisted their services to fully remodel our home in 2 separate phases. Both projects were completed on time, one project actually finished ahead of time. Having design, architecture and engineering under one roof made the coordination of services completely seemless. I would highly recommend Schenkar construction for their timeliness and attention to detail.
