I'm so impressed with Diana K. from Byrd Tile Distributors, that I had to review them. While outstanding customer service seems all but forgotten, she truly exemplified it in her efforts to obtain a threshold from a vendor for me. After the freight quote did not arrive the same day, she emailed me to let me know there would be a delay. She followed up with the quote the next morning. When the freight quote was too high, she gave me multiple options on what I could do to meet my needs. My only regret is not having any other tiling needs. I would gladly work with her in a heartbeat. I will also recommend Byrd Tile to anyone needing tile work in the future.

I was so happy to find Byrd Tile and particularly Donna who works in the Wake Forest show room. Donna was incredibly helpful -- I was a little overwhelmed with all of the selections that needed to be made - and she guided me through the process with many great suggestions. She also was so helpful in explaining the process and the potential snags in the delivery of my tiles. Donna kept me updated and was very responsive to my emails and calls. Now that we hav done one bathroom we are ready to take on the second, and I will definitely us Byrd Tile again!
