Gregory W. Glaeser, President and Owner of Tri-City Roofing started the company in April of 1996. Since that time he has developed and altered his business model to adjust with the current economic times and by doing so the company has grown steadily over the past 17 years. Tri-City Roofing takes a personal approach to every potential customer and job and in the process wins many customers as friends.

A composition roof requires little to no maintenance and can often exceed its intended life expectancy if properly cared for. Eventually the long term exposure to the elements causes the oils to soften and granules wash out of the shingles.

Regardless of roof type all homes have pipes, vents, gutters and flashings installed and often times they can be the source of a problem.
