Los Gatos Roofing Los Gatos Roofing has a long and storied history of service in the Bay Area, spanning almost 100 years. Gary Radonich, original owner of Los Gatos Roofing, and his son Cameron, represent the 4th and 5th generations to be part of the Los Gatos community and are proud to continue to serve in the future.

Here are some things you may not have known. El Rancho Rinconada de Los Gatos, "The Corner of the Cats", was the original name of the area and later shortened to Los Gatos. It dates back from 1839, when mountain lions roamed freely over the 6,631 acre "rancho" or "corner" community. Gary's paternal great-grandfather Perro Radonic immigrated to Los Gatos from Croatia in 1905.
Services
Flashings
Report
Every roof requires flashings at all valleys, walls and penetrations (pipes, vents, chimneys and skylights) to perform effectively. Los Gatos Roofing always replaces existing flashings to ensure a trouble free roof. All flashings are primed and painted to match the color of the roof.
Roof Removal
Report
Removal of your existing roofing is the first task performed by our crews. The process can take about 4-6 hours depending on the size and steepness of your roof. Some existing roofs have multiple layers of roofing that can increase the time and cost, and we always remove all layers down to the original roof sheathing.
Installation
Report
Los Gatos Roofing demands quality and craftsmanship with every roof project, thus we use only our own qualified and factory trained employees. We refuse to use subcontractors and day laborers to cut costs.
Replacement
Report
Los Gatos Roofing is a leader in Residential Roof Replacement. What this means to you as a consumer is that you are working with a strong local company with a solid long term history of installing new high quality roofs at a fair price. Some of our customers have had us replace their roofs several times due to moving, rental properties or severe storm damage.
Repairs
Report
Roof leaks can be caused by many different things. Storm damage, tree damage from falling limbs, damage by people walking on your roof, old worn out shingles, cracked and sun damaged shingles, missing or damaged underlayment, and the list goes on and on.
