I would go with any other home builder for my second home than them. The team was not professional and delayed almost ever task that they said they would do on time. They said they have one year warranty, but are not responsive at all when you file a claim. It took two month to get any warranty claim accomplished. I had to threaten them with lawyer action to get it done. I would highly advise to go with someone else if you want to save yourself a headache.

Everyone who helped me with my new build at Flynn Built was lovely. They made the process easy and I didn't have to worry about what was next as I was kept in the loop on the build. We love our new home and are excited about all the new memories we'll make in it. Service: New construction services

Critical: Professionalism What would be your conclusion from sloppy job sites? This has been sitting here for months and we homeowners have to live with the pigpen. Apparently the hired contractors are untrained as to the use of a dumpster!

Our family of six moved to Navarre from England in January, 2015. My husband was able come earlier to find and purchase a home for us. After looking at over 40 houses in the area, he walked into our Flynn Built home and knew it was the one. The quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and extra touches truly made this home stand out from all the others he looked at.
