Do not recommend, their business tactics are appalling. We apparently had a miscommunication over the phone and because they don't put anything in writing or text you to confirm the agreement and their prices aren't listed online, I received a bill for $75 an hour that I wasn't expecting. When I reached out to work it out, I was instead told I had 24 hours to pay or a collections agency would file a lien against my house.
That part they managed to put in writing. (Which, BTW, isn't a legal remedy for one-time residential cleaning services in Texas.) After looking at other reviews, I'm not the first person they've threatened.

Not thorough. Quite disappointed with the price off 400! When you pay tht kind of money it should be done Right. I don't recommend this businessif you want it done right.

A friend referred me to Juany's Cleaning Service. Based on past cleaning services I've used, I didn't have high expectations. But, Juany's was amazing! They did everything from the ceiling fans to the baseboards and floors. My house hasn't been this clean since the day I moved in. They were on time, did what they said they would do, and the price was affordable. I can't recommend them enough. If you want a clean house and worker who take pride in what they do, call Juany.

My husband and I have been using Juany's cleaning service for a couple of years now and cannot see ourselves hiring anyone else. We LOVE their team! They are detailed, friendly (I can honestly say their smiles always brighten up my day) and very accommodating to any special request we may have. We love the owner Juany, she is very quick to respond to any of our inquiries and always follows up with us to make sure we are satisfied with everything.
