Our 10-step hand-cleaning process uses organic shampoos and live bacteria enzymes to remove pet stains, odors, and deep-set dirt. Delicate fibers like silk require specialized care using traditional Persian methods. The process takes 3-5 days, with free pickup/delivery in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Rug Repair
Specialized hand-reweaving techniques restore damaged rugs while maintaining original texture and appearance. Services include fringe replacement, moth damage repair, and structural stabilization. Most repairs completed within 2-4 weeks by master weavers with 20+ years of experience.
Rug Appraisals
Certified appraisals for insurance or sale include market value and replacement cost analysis. Evaluations consider age, rarity, condition, and current rug market trends. Written appraisals available for $150-300 depending on rug complexity and evaluation depth.
Custom Stair Installations
Professional installation for curved, spiral, and complex staircases ensures perfect fit and safety. Our team uses non-slip padding and specialized techniques to secure rugs on all staircase types. Completed in 1 day with furniture replacement service.

My wife and I are delighted with our newly cleaned and repaired rug. The colors pop and your work on the fringe was fantastic. The rug looks almost brand new. You exceeded our expectations!

I can't take a picture of the rug?!?! Good luck selling a 2X3 rug for $750. What an attitude of the owner. He can do a skydive by jumping from his ego to his IQ.

Recently purchased a rug on a trip to the middle east. The seller presented it as Persian, silk, and hand-knotted. I brought it to Benham for an insurance appraisal and now know it's Turkish, rayon, and machine-knotted. They were very supportive and gave me advice on how to recover my money. Highly recommend!
