They were scheduled to arrive between 8-9 a.m. Technician called at 9:20 to ask if he could come around 10:30. No apology, no explanation Unacceptable. I guess if you have a very flexible schedule and can afford to wait around, give them a try; maybe you'll get lucky. But if you have a job or any kind of life with a schedule, don't waste your time.

Our heat went out on us on 12/2/21. We called and they had Justin come out that afternoon. We are in a rental so everything has to go thru a property management company, which has its complications, but Stegall had the patience to deal with them. Justin and the Stegall team fixed our heat and answer all our questions. He was on time, professional, and fast. Highly recommend.
