This company overpriced their service! Please stay away of Yancy! They keep adding and adding! They start with 20,000 then you ended with 40,000 debt with them.

We bought a home that was remodeled by Yancey. What a nightmare. All looks great but underneath it all things are just terrible. Leaking bathrooms and crown molding not finished. Paint job on cabinets was poorly painted all the way down to screws showing through the Sheetrock. Leaking windows, outlets not working and just to much more to add In this review. I 'm not sure if they higher terrible subcontractors but you might want to steer clear. Made a few calls in the beginning to just get some paint colors and they acted like it was just a pain to look in a file to find. We have had so much repair to do just because it wasn't done properly. Looks good but looks can be deceiving. Caveat emptor
