We recently needed repairs to a patio cover and kitchen island. We called Goodlife Construction. They got us on the calendar quickly and started both jobs at the same time. They finished the inside in one day and repairs and painting to our patio cover the following business day. They have stepped it up. No call backs this time. Perfection the first time. These folks are reliable and dependable. It is nice to see a good company always making adjustments to get the best people at your home to do the best quality work. Thanks GLC.

It took me some time to write this review because my journey with Goodlife was truly unique. Two years ago, my home was destroyed in a storm when two oak trees fell on it, leaving it uninhabitable. Initially, I hired a different company to handle the rebuild, but the process was full of issues and delays. Frustrated, I reached out to my insurance adjuster to switch contractors, and thats when I found Goodlifeand my journey with them began.

From the very start, Goodlife was honest, transparent, and incredibly supportive. I felt an immediate connection with them. They moved quickly, handling all the details and guiding me through the selection process for materials and designs. Since this was a complete rebuild, I knew it would take time, and in the end, the project lasted about a year and a half. Throughout the entire process, they were with me every step of the way, always gracious and understanding.

During this time, my life took an unexpected and devastating turn. My husband of 41 years became very ill and passed away. With my children living far awayone in a different state and another in a different countryI found myself alone. But Goodlife became so much more than just a contractor; they became a part of my family. They didnt just focus on rebuilding my housethey made sure I was okay. They asked how they could help, listened when I needed to talk, and treated me with incredible compassion.

Mark, in particular, went above and beyond to fight for me. He worked tirelessly to ensure I got everything I needed and deserved, he was soooo amazing!!! He held my hand EVERY step of the way! and the result is a home that is absolutely stunning. Olesia who handled the financing, was like my angelkeeping me updated on payment plans, timelines, and costs with so much grace and care. Communication was constant, clear, and reassuring throughout the entire process.

When the house was finally finished, I hosted a Goodlife party to celebrate and thank the team for everything they had done. Even now, they remain a big part of my life. We keep in touch, and I still have them overthey will always be part of my family! Big thanks to Roman, Tim, Scott, Mary, Serge, Artem, Mark, Olesia and Ella!

two weeks ago I had security doors installed on my mobile home. The construction process was excellent. They did both of them in one day. Im very pleased with the work and the crew was professional and very conscientious of my home and my needs. We had a great experience with Good Life Construction. They gave us a fair price quote, did quality work and even completed the project a day early. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any future projects.

Goodlife replaced our siding and it looks great. The price was very reasonable and the workers worked hard and were professional. We will definitely use them again for future renovations or repairs.

We looked at several companies to find one that would be able to fill in an open area with concrete, re-tile it, and install a couple of handrails on some steps in our patio (we changed our sliding door and the previous French doors had sidelights that blocked the open area). Slavic was the first to return my message and immediately set up an appointment to give us an estimate. We ended up choosing Good Life because they had the best bid and the best communication. The team completed the job over a few days (concrete and grout needing to cure on separate days) and did excellent work. They arrived on time and always left the work area clean. They were very careful with what they were doing but also efficient, so the final result was not only completed quickly, but it looked great. The first photo is what it looked like before and the second is the new step and the new railings. We are so pleased with Good Life that we intend to work with them on our next project. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

The crew was excellent. On time every day and kept the property clean and tidy at the end of each day. Serge and Yaroslav kept communication with me at all times. Andre answered any questions I had while working on the project. The exterior paint and dry rot repair turned out great and I already recommended Good Life to two other people!

Good Life Construction did an excellent job of wood repair on our home! Very professional. After the job was completed we discovered additional repairs that were needed. Good Life was able to take care of this repair the day after contacting them, remarkable!

We had an amazing experience with GoodLife Construction. It is a one-stop shop: engineering, permitting, and construction. We worked closely with the engineer, the office, crew, and construction managers. We actually added a bathroom remodel and other jobs to our initial contract seeing the quality of work. Both Roman and Valentyn were amazing construction managers. Great communication and promptly responded to any inquiries. GoodLife Construction certainly took care of us!

We had some pretty bad structural problems with the 2nd story of our house that was added to the existing 1st floor in 1978. The unattached chimney, unsafe balcony, and badly sloping floor were all part of the package. We chose Good Life based on the fact that they had an integrated design and engineering team and we were expecting problems. Boy did we have them. The 2nd story structure was totally weird, and that required new post and beam construction, the renovation of a lot of dry rot, and re-stucco of walls, even in places we didn't originally expect. Besides the major stuff, the Good Life project manager was responsive to any minor items we inquired about, addressed mid-project change requests quickly, ensured excellent workmanship, handled all of the permits quickly (even with all the changes) and we ended up with a first class renovation. We even added a bathroom remodel and a kitchen re-tile because the original scope was done so well. I highly recommend working with this group.

We had a leak on the south side of the house that receives the wind driven rain. The two story stucco wall has a patio cover attached to it. I received bids from 3 contractors and Good Life Construction was the lowest. Common wisdom seems to be to go with the middle bid in these situations. However, the reviews on Good Life were good. Also, I listened to the nearly 1 hour interview with two of the founders on Facebook. I liked what they said about their people and the principles they live and work by. The company motto is BE BLESSED BE SAFE BE PRODUCTIVE. I liked the sound of that so I took a chance on Good Life to do the job.
My contacts were Slavic and Valentino. Slavic came out and evaluated what was needed to fix the leak and produced the quote. And Valentino (Val) managed the job. Two change orders were required to fix the additional structural issues that were discovered as the job progressed. All along I was kept in the loop as to what was being done, completed and the next steps. The workmen were courteous and competent. As well as stucco repair we had 4 windows replaced on that wall. I am very happy with the results. Of course, the proof that the job was done correctly will be in the next heavy wind driven rainstorm we have. If we have no leaks, then it was a good job. I feel Good Life Construction was the correct choice.

We recently had our front deck and stairway redone and painted as well as lights installed along the stairway by Good Life Construction. The whole process went very smoothly - Slavic was very professional and friendly from giving original estimate to overseeing the job until the very end when the lights were installed. He communicated and gave heads up throughout the whole process, which took about a week, working around some rainy days. The quality of work was very good - Slavic and Vlad did an amazing job on the deck. Great carpentry work as well as detailed paint job. I highly recommend them and will be calling them for future renovations.

We had several Big and complicated repair/construction projects, and they did a very professional job completing them. They are a very knowledgeable and skilled team. We hired Good Life Construction to find and repair a stucco leak, and they were great from beginning to end. They were the third company we called, and by far the most professional in demeanor and their solution-oriented approach.

Our project managers were Jacob and Yaso, and the work team were Paul and Nick. All together, they did a fantastic job communicating, working on time and on budget, and providing skilled workmanship and a thorough clean up upon completion.

I met Good Life construction 10 years ago and since they were exceptional, I contacted Good Life in early January. They were very professional, on time, and methodical from scheduling an appointment, to providing an estimate with Jacob, introducing me to Floor & Decor, picking up and delivering my purchased supplies. Yaroslav, the Project Manager, was detailed oriented by keeping the line of communication open via phone and in person daily. Alex who is very precise, Pavel, and Igor came with their A game too! The Good Life Construction was respectful of my home, and the crew cleaned up daily. Since I have been WOWED twice by your excellent work, I will be a returning happy customer.

Frankly I didn't even bother with getting other estimates which is not typical.
Keep in mind the weather here in Sacramento has been brutally hot, even so, his team soldiered through it.

Good Life was great to work with. There management team was very communicative and very accessible. Their estimate was very competitive with the other companies that bid and they were super flexible in accommodating changes as the project progressed. They came up with some innovative and cost effective solutions to solve unexpected challenges. The finished product exceeded my expectations and I will definitely work with them again in the future.

My initial experience with GoodLife was so good that I called them for 4 additional jobs. Job 1 was converting a very large walk-in closet into a laundry room. There was no water or power, so this conversion required also digging up the concrete of the adjoining bathroom. Project Lead - Pavel - was great to work with, very communicative and patiently answered my many questions. The work was done efficiently and quickly in a few weeks. They also installed new tile in the bathroom. Post that I asked them replace siding on my home (2x), then install a new range hood. The latter required matching an existing kitchen tile pattern that was complex. The crew diligently made numerous tiny cuts in the purchased replacement tile to make it look seamless. From their carpenters to electricians to general handyman their team is excellent. If you are considering hiring them do it. FYI...most of their crew speaks Russian or Ukrainian so get your Google translator ready. It wasn't too much of a barrier for me. We found many ways to communicate.
