I was really pleased with the process of buying new windows for my condominium. My only disappointment is one of the screens was either lost or damaged by ARWS. I paid for the services and was given in writing the fact that they still owe me a screen. It has been over four months now, and I still don't have a screen for one of my windows. When I call AWRS to inquire about the status of my screen, I'm told that they are going to check into it and call me back.
They never do! When I spoke with AWRS last month they told me they have the screen. Today I was told they have to locate the screen and they will call me back. At this point I just want to go and pick it up. But I can't even do that because they have lost or misplaced another screen. UPDATE - AWRS did install my screen yesterday evening! The costumer service was great on the front end.they just need to follow through on the back end in cases like mine.

Rico, Bart and Shawn were a delight to work with. Bart and Rico were Professional and their prices were the best we found. Shawn was also professional, prompt and meticulous with the installation of our windows. All were installed same day and we could not be happier. I would recommend this company and will use them again when we replace our patio doors.

We recently completed a home renovation project. ARW replaced 5 existing windows and installed a brand new window in our home. Bart, our salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable and honest. After sitting through multiple meetings with other companies and feeling more confused when they were over than when it began, Bart was so refreshing. I was not being "sold" on this and that. He did not stay for 3 hours and put on a show.
He respected our time and met our needs. He understood our price range without compromising style. In addition, the owner and the installers were equally friendly and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend using this company.
