In the early years we introduced our services by knocking on doors, and quickly had a customer base. Many changes have taken place over the years of being in business. For the first few months, we tried to operate out of our homes, but we soon realized we wanted to establish a commercial office. We opened our first office at 6610 Burnet Road in 1987, and in 1999 relocated to our present location at 7413 Burnet Road.

In 2004 J & J acquired Austin Termite and Pest Control, a company in Wimberley, Texas. We quickly merged the company with J & J Pest Control and still service many of the original customers.

Bed Bugs have become a fairly common problem around Austin. We at J & J Pest Control will first interview the caller to determine our comprehensive approach to a solution for the bed bug infestation. Most homes will require at least two visits from our technicians. The homeower will need to do make preparation before the scheduled treatment.

Termites

Termites. Most termites in Central Texas are subterranean and live in colonies deep down in the earth. The termites are constantly foraging for wood and other cellulose containing materials and are drawn to moisture, so any leaky plumbing or places where water accumulates next to the foundation are especially attractive to them.

Rodents

In order to estimate rodent control, we normally would need to see the home and evaluate the infestation. These pesky critters can do major damage to a home as well as being a health hazard. In most cases, we can determine the type of rodent by performing a thorough inspection of the home, attic and crawlspaces.

Pest Control

This service is recommended for regular maintenance against most crawling insects. J & J Pest Control would come to your home and treat inside and a perimeter around the outside for ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, scorpions and most other small insects.

Fantastic, personable and reasonable - these guys know their stuff, we had rats and they cleared them out. They followed up to make sure our serviceman did a good job, which he did. Great service at a great price!
