Termite Control
Chem-Free employs specialized termite control methods that target colonies through environmentally conscious treatments. By using low-impact solutions like Altriset, we eliminate infestations while minimizing harm to surrounding ecosystems. Our approach focuses on long-term prevention through structural modifications and regular monitoring, ensuring properties remain termite-free without traditional chemical reliance.
Organic Lawn Care
Our organic lawn care services promote healthy, vibrant turf using natural fertilizers and integrated pest management. Programs include seasonal fertilization, weed suppression, and disease prevention through six or twelve annual treatments. By avoiding synthetic chemicals, we cultivate resilient lawns that thrive sustainably while protecting local waterways and wildlife habitats.
Rodent Exclusion
This service focuses on humane rodent removal and prevention through exclusion techniques. Technicians locate entry points, seal vulnerabilities, and implement traps to capture mice and rats. Follow-up measures include disinfecting contaminated areas and modifying habitats to deter future infestations, emphasizing safety for families and pets.
Mosquito Control
Chem-Frees mosquito control targets breeding grounds and alters environments to discourage infestations. Treatments include habitat modification, natural larvicide application, and perimeter sprays using eco-friendly compounds. These methods reduce mosquito populations effectively while maintaining safety for people, pets, and beneficial insects.
Pest Management
Our comprehensive pest management addresses common household invaders like ants, cockroaches, and spiders through customized treatment plans. Using IPM strategies, we combine exclusion techniques, targeted treatments, and environmental adjustments to eliminate pests while reducing chemical exposure. Regular inspections ensure ongoing protection against recurring infestations.

Received text msg that service tech was 30 minutes away, and then he arrived within that window. Marcus was very courteous, thorough with his explanations of the ant problem (originally identified as Carpenter Ants but he said they were Acrobat Ants), and patiently and respectfully answered all my questions. I have free-ranging chickens so the granules were not an option but the gel would work. He treated the areas of concerns as well as areas to prevent further ant entry. The gel treatment is odorless and very effective. I saw ants dying instantly.
