The technician who came out was wonderful! However when the invoice that was signed says $166 and then he needed to add a service that should have been $50 and your card gets charged $288. very poor business practice! Definitely will not be using them for my preventative maintenance.

Critical: Responsiveness Having trouble with unit installed by Preferred 4.5 years ago. Called number from sticker on air handler. They told me to call a different office in Ft. Pierce. Called and let ring for over half a minute; no answer. Called back, same thing. Called Lindstrom Air. Immediate answer and they are coming tomorrow morning.

Having a 4 hr window ought to be honored. And calling at end of that 4 hr window to see where is technician and being met with rude service is unacceptable.

We have thought about replacing our AC Unit for several years, but quite honestly were dreading the whole process - finding a reputable company, the cost, the actual installation etc. A friend/co-worker recommended Preferred Air Conditioning.
