Personally, I find these (very few) negative reviews to be incredibly out-of-touch with the experiences I've had. Mike and Courtney, the two I've worked with, have both been the most professional, helpful, and accommodating people I've worked with. They have bent over backwards to work around my schedule, work around my finances, and provide me with the absolute best service anyone could ask for. Custom Air and Heat is the ONLY company I will ever recommend.

Two technicians came out today Micheal and Cedric. Very knowledgeable, explained what I needed and felt like I was getting my money's worth. Also, the girl at the office I believe was Courtney she was very friendly. Always stayed in touch and gave a courtesy call before the techs arrived! Very happy! I am lone caregiver to my stroke-disabled husband. As well, I have lived in Melbourne for 35 years and have had many different HVAC companies service AC units at previous residences and my current home. Custom Air and Heat is the best HVAC I have ever encountered. Michael and Brandon came out almost immediately. They were friendly, honest, knowledgeable, fast and efficient.
