At Midland, we specialize in two distinct different approaches to cooling your home. 1st, is the traditional central air conditioning system. Since the late 1960's, most homes were built with duct work to heat and cool your home. If your home requires a replacement central air conditioner, we sell and install Lennox, Aire-flo, and Unico equipment.

2nd, are the ductless systems. With the large number of homes in our service area that feature hot water heat, ductless systems are an excellent option to consider. We are proud top feature Fujitsu, Daikin and Unico ductless air conditioning systems as well.

Heat Pumps

Heat pumps are a two-for-one HVAC system; these units provide heat in the winter and cool air in the summer. When it's cold outside, the heat pump extracts the outside heat and transfers it indoors. During the warmer seasons, the heat pump removes heat from the indoors.
