After a quick test, my associate knew exactly what I needed, where it was, and gave me instructions. Highly recommended for your pool chemical needs. As a potential first time customer, I will be 100% honest and say I was not at all impressed. Stopped in today to inquire about purchasing a hot tub. There was literally one hot tub on the sales floor to look at. We did speak with Myles about a few options and was given a quote on a possible tub. He was great, but we couldn't pull the trigger. No way am I spending $10,000-$14,000 on a hot tub I can't even see. We went down the road to Watson's, where they had upwards of 20 different hot tubs on display. We decided to spend our money there.

Zagers installed a pool liner in our in-ground pool. The liner pulled away just a couple of weeks later. They came to fix it. The liner came out again the following year after opening the pool and they refused to come out without a high service fee, and an even higher per hour cost. The customer service was terrible. Steve, the service manager, was rude and inept at his profession. Zagers will never receive business from this area again.

We had a difficult time with our pool this year, Lenny and the rest of the staff at the Shaffer store gave us undivided attention, they consulted with Bio Gard and together came up with an action plan that resulted in a crystal.
