Antion was very nice person and did solid and timely work. My 2 issues are you can only pay by cash or check and make the check out in his name not the company name. And the price he first said was astronomical! We had a basic front door knob and deadbolt replaced. What we ended up paying was acceptable and we were pleased with his work. Other than those 2 thing I would have given 5+ stars.

He did a fantastic job rekeying our locks. He took the time to explain the plan and check all the locks with me afterwards. He worked quickly and the new locks and hardware look immaculate. Communication was easy and it was a great experience!

The locksmith came incredibly quickly. The technician was polite, professional and paid attention to the preservation of property by requesting if there was a different door that wouldn't require destruction of the deadbolt lock on the front door (which there was.) I received a callback very promptly, and lock technician Lev arrived later that afternoon as promised. He described the problem and a couple of ways to repair (less expensive, but likely to be only a short term fix) or replace. We chose to replace, and Lev completed the replacement efficiently. They are THE guys to go to! Don't hesitate. Michael communicates well and replies so quickly. He even worked around my schedule for me. Lev is the gentleman who came to install the lock. Lev stopped by to take a look at my broken sliding door lock. He took it apart and showed me all of the different pieces and how they worked and how mine were broken. He had the part with him so it was an incredibly quick and easy install. Lev was great - very friendly, showed me what he was doing and explained everything, and the price was extremely fair.

I contacted this company to get the locks changed on our new house. Responded in almost no time and offered to come that day. I couldn't be home that quickly so they set up an appointment for the first time I could do. They gave me a one-hour window, called that morning to tell me when they'd be within the window, and showed up exactly on time. Gave me recommendations for my questions and were quick, efficient, friendly, and informative. Very tolerant and good with my 6 mo old puppy Very easy process and would definitely recommend!
