3 guys came, we were sooooooooo impressed. Can't tell you what a great job they did. Super great customer service, cleaned inside and out price was reasonable. Work was exceptional. 100 percent would call again!

Youre driver doesn't use there signals and they cut me off instead of merge almost hitting me up with the trailer. He was behind me and my lane ended and he sped in front of. Not safe I would never do business here.

Excellent job, showed up on time and went to work. When they were finished we had to redo a couple windows and they were very happy to please the customer.

Horrible communication! They don't call when they come and if they do it's not the correct time. They don't seem to care about my concerns. They are hard to even reach. I've left multiple messages on a week day and no call back and when I followed up they didn't even listen to my message. The lady on the phone seemed bothered that I called. I recommend you don't use them! And they're not that great of a deal either

What a pleasant experience with Window Bright. Needed to get screens on windows and patio slider replaced. I found them to be prompt, professional and experienced. Definitely would use again and recommend.

Today I literally was run off the road at Flamingo/215 in the fast lane by their driver going across all 4 lanes at at least 80mph who would've TBoned me if I hadn't Slammed my breaks and gone onto the shoulder. 1:45 pm. Who do you have working you?

I highly recommend this company. They are extremely affordable and do a good job. The guys who worked at my house were the best. I offered them drinks and they were so respectful and worked hard. Bryant and Michael were their names. Each of them did a stellar job on my windows! And Bryant really has that motion of the squeegee down to a science. I can't speak higher of this company

Horrible people that works in the office and the owner is awful too. The workers damaged three of my screens and damaged stucco on my window ledges with their cleaning equipment and porch ledge when they climbed over my balcony rails off a ladder to clean my windows. Never showed up for scheduled cleaning. Horrible.

Had solar screens installed, they responded quickly with a good price and did the work quickly and professionally. I would recommend highly.

Had my windows washed by this company a few times and the guys who come out are always a pleasure to deal with. The lady Jenny over the phone has been nothing but rude as of late. I had my windows washed and it rained the next day so I called into see if they had some type of insurance. The 1st girl who was nice said they did and then put me on hold. Jenny got on the phone and was completely rude and made me feel stupid for asking. I mean I spend $200 to wash my windows only outside so I figured I would ask.

They send people out to advertise by leaving cards on doors who do not respect other people's property or "no soliciting" signs that can be seen from the street. Customer service is also poor.

The owner of this company came banging loudly on my windows though the bushes and scared my kids. He was holding a clip board so I told him "no thanks" from the window assuming he was selling something. He says "come outside now you're manager sent me." I once again said no thank you. "He then screams to come outside now." I open my front door, not the gated part, and tell him I do not have a manager and that he needs to leave." He then screams "SORRY WRONG HOUSE FUCKING BITCH!" Do not do business with someone who treats people this way!

I was having such a nice day until a stranger banged on my door and called me a fucking bitch for no reason other then me not answering my door. He kept calling me a weirdo over and over and trying to taunt me. How am I weird for not answering the door?!? People get robbed all the time by people pretending to sell and say things like "you're manager sent me." Fix your attitude and have some respect for women for once in your life I'm just trying to protect my home!

Poor customer service. Called and left a message in Feb. To redo windows because it snowed the following day. No one showed or called. Got a bill in for cleaning in May and I never knew they came the windows were so dirty. I called to ask for tgem to redo and they said it had been over 48 hours so someone would 'check' the windows so I cancelled service. That's not how to keep customers. BTW it costs businesses 10 times more money to get a new customer than keep an existing one.

I was looking to get my windows cleaned and called a couple of companies to get prices and availability. One company didn't return 2 of the calls I made and the other company had to cancel appt because their machine broke. Window Bright was recommended by a friend and I urgently needed an appt before installing shutters. I called and the lady on the phone was very friendly.

I needed a next day appt and they were totally booked. I explained that was the only day I had open and she squeezed me in. I was grateful for that. The price was much better than the other companies I had called too. Three guys showed up in the morning, very professional, cleaned windows in and out plus sliding doors. They were done in one hour. I was very pleased!

Andrew the one who claims to be an ex firefighter is rude, crude, abusive and belligerent. He approached me on my property and when he understood that I was not interested in his product he started cursing and screaming at me. He called me filthy names and continued his tirade as he stomped down the street. He did not expect me to get my phone out of the house and follow him as I called security. Andrew is a tall (6ft) brown skinned, bald, heavy set man with a very foul mouth and obvious low IQ. What a despicable way to do business. The office manger "Jenny" of course did not know who the company had sent out to the area and claimed ignorance too.

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars! This company came on our property, we DID NOT request their service nor ever had any contact with them. Fortunately, we have cameras and watched them, come to our door and when no one answered the continued to help themselves into our backyard. When we called to complain, they refused to let us talk to a manager or owner, we were informed that the previous owner of our house had set up the reoccuring service.

We were never offered an apology, or a way to get into contact with someone of authority, instead she hung up on me! They also went thru our trash and left their dirty bucket of water. FYI, our new windows were installed only a week ago, and they are worse now that this company 'cleaned' them, I have water streaks to wipe off. They are lucky my pit bulls were not in the backyard when they came.

I have been using this company for 15 years for my home in Vegas and I could not be happier. I live on the golf course and the watering system frequently hits my windows and makes a mess. When I call them to come out, they are normally here in 1 to 2 days and they do a beautiful job cleaning my windows outside. They are willing to just leave a bill on my front porch and I do not have to be home.

I have had them make solar screen for me and they do an excellent job. They also wash the windows at my office on a regular quarterly schedule, and are always prompt. The price that they charge for these services is definitely the best I've found.

This is a very convenient service. They do a great job plus they are very unobtrusive and don't leave anything out of place or messy.

Perfection! They always leave my windows sparkling clean. The staff is very professional and friendly.
