Please use Bragg Window and Door Replacement if at all possible. Jim is incredibly professional and by the end of the job, he and I became good friends. Jim communicated regularly throughout the entire project. Jim's team, lead by Chris, was very professional, courteous, and efficient. The installation was fast and clean. I was amazed at how Chris was able to trim the windows and doors; they look like original construction. The windows themselves are high quality; thanks to Jim's recommendation. Bragg Window & Doors replaced all 13 windows & put in a sliding glass door where our old back door was. They did quality work & were very professional at all times while doing the work! Great company! Chris and David did a phenomenal job replacing 10 windows on my old home. Professional, dependable, timely, detail oriented, courteous, easy to work and excellent skill sets on window tear out and install. Jim was absolutely amazing. He came out for a measurement and gave me a good quote. His team was professional and worked amazingly well considering that my 5 year old, 3 year old, and 1 year old twins were constantly underfoot. Chris was great communicating with me. It took 2 full days doing 20 windows on a two story house. Big job! Bragg Window and Door Replacement is amazing.
Out of the 4 quotes I got from other companies his was the most competitive and came with much better service and communication than the others. I've recommended them to everyone and he has done several of window and door replacements for my neighbors. Thank you!

Wow! Just wow! Jim Bragg, Chris, and David did an amazing job on our 21 windows! Mr Bragg was always in contact after we ordered our windows and waited for installation. Once Chris and David got to work he called and stopped by everyday. Chris and David work in perfect sync. They brought good vibes, laughter, hard work, and quality to our home every day.
The way Jim Bragg talks about his crew shows how much he values and appreciates his employees. Chris and David do they same for Mr Bragg. I honestly thought they were related they speak so nicely of each other. The windows are beautiful and installed well. I can't say enough nice things about this local business!

We are very happy with our new windows from Bragg Windows of Amarillo. Jim Bragg kept us informed about the window order, followed up with updates and let us know when the windows would arrive. Jim coordinated with us on the date for the installation and the time the install team would arrive. The install team was very professional and knowledgeable.
They worked very diligently and kept all the debris picked up throughout the entire day. They installed 13 windows in 90 plus degree weather. They were so efficient that all the windows were installed in one day. When they left there was no sign of any trash or debris. The only sing that any work was done was our sparkling new windows!

We used Bragg to replace a large bow window in our dining room. Jim went above and beyond to get the exact window we wanted. He, Chris, and Mario got the old window out and new one in so quickly and efficiently. They spent the time to make sure everything was perfect. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone.

I had Jim Bragg replace the windows in our rental property and could not be happier with the service they provided! The windows are great and the fit he provides is amazing.
