Simply put, they're incredibly professional. From the first call I had with Randy, to the last moment when the workers left the house, it was a fantastic experience. The workers even educated me on why we were having the issue we had with the bathtub. So highly recommend Wilshire Tile Inc.!

Never called me back, never got back to me after I sent them photos, twice, and emailed them twice. All they'd have to have said was that they were too busy, but instead there was only that great blank void. I get it when you're too busy to take a job or the job is too small but just say so. Don't say you'll get back to people in twelve hours.

It was a pleasure working with Randy and his team. Randy was very responsive and when I told him we needed some tile repair done ASAP, he was able to accommodate and schedule us next day. His team arrived promptly and his lead guy, Leo was very cordial and professional. He and his partner, Juan both had a great attitude and got the job done in less time than expected.

I even asked last minute if they could patch up some silicone that wore off in one of our bathroom showers and they addressed it with no issue. We would definitely hire Randy and his guys again for any other tiling needs in the future. Thank you!

Randy and his team are FANTASTIC! They are professional, knowledgeable, and true artists. We interviewed a lot of tile installers and Randy impressed us the most and came in at a very fair price. His team has done an icredible job and kept us informed every day. My husband is a General Contractor and has worked with many tile guys before, but I couldn't be happier that we chose Randy for our own home remodel!

I never had the pleasure to personally use them but just based off of customer service over the phone was a great experience. I was getting estimates for a project and every company that I called did not want to give me pricing over the phone. If they did they gave me ballparks that were ridiculous. Between $300 - $10,000 like come on. Well I gave them specs and all and the provided me with a flat fee including parts. Once we are ready to start I will definitely be calling them.

I found Wilshire Tile on Yelp, the owner (Randy), was promptly on a quote, it was very fair and I selected them for a small shower repair job. They were very good and 2 tile experts did the job in a few hours. I would strongly recommend using them. Before & after pics below. Note, our plumber was then able to return 24 hrs later and install the trim (not in the pic).

Randy and his team are the absolute best. They came in and saved my bathroom remodel after previous contractors had done everything wrong. His crew is extremely friendly, professional, and met all of my requests with a smile. And they always cleaned up after themselves which is more than I can say for most contractors. If you want to do it right the first time or find yourself in a situation where everything has gone wrong give these guys a call!

Randy is fifth generation tile expert. He was great to work with. Worth the price. Had old quarry tile I had to scout out and go to five stories. Daltile (also recommend) was super helpful as well. We had a small project after a mishap with a gate self destructing and me having to remove some old posts that also claimed a few patio tiles. Randy was great and was flexible about using online pay. Could not recommend higher. Thank you Randy!

Randy and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. After allowing a tricky backsplash project to languish for months (involving a combination of handmade Talavera tile and factory tile), Randy and his team took it on, effortlessly navigated the tricky aspects, to a gorgeous result. I love the work Wilshire Tile Inc did in my home. They were courteous, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I needed tiles installed on a custom framed shower doorway that was built in the 1920's. They were able to replace some of the old tiles and add new ones around all sides of the doorway in less than one day. The quick turnaround between me calling to ask about their services to completion of the work itself was beyond comparison. These guys really know what they're doing! I highly recommend them.

I called Wilshire Tile and Randy was able to send one of his guys out the next day once i had an opening in my schedule. The worker was on time and did a great job on a tile repair - looks like new! I def can recommend this company and will potentially use them on a kitchen remodel in the near future!

We had a good experience overall. Randy's quote was less than half (!) of that from a general contractor I often use for small jobs. Randy responded quickly, it was easy to schedule a time, and his crew was quick and efficient. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to work with him again.

I have used Randy, Leo and the team for an outdoor patio tile project, a bathroom tile project and am planning a interior tile install with them also. Don't waste your time with others. Highly recommended and they lived up to their yelp reviews and reputation. Randy, Joaquin and Leo completed my bathroom with expert care. Priced fairly and quality workmanship with no aggravation. Will now have them do a second bathroom for me. Wonderful.

With a new tenant moving in I had to replace a 72 x 32 100 year old tile floor landing area quickly. Randy runs the place. He secured the red quarry tile in 6 x 6 and maintained a friendly professional attitude. His crew showed up early and moved fast completing in 3 sessions. A powder room full tile floor replacement wasn't done this run so instead they offered cleaning and patching of the tiny 100 year old blue and white tiles.

Both jobs are beautiful. Customer service was top notch as each days work was coordinated. Payment for the finished work was a breeze invoiced many hours after completion. Nobody sweating you for payment up front or even right after the job. Instead I was told I'd receive an invoice. They've been in business since 1921 for a reason! It's easy to see why Wilshire Tile has been in business for almost 100 years! They built a new tile shower for my wife and me. They arrived each day like clockwork -- very reliable and professional! All of the workers are excellent and the project went very smoothly! Randy and Giselle are very dependable and professional, and also provided excellent advice about the tile and fixtures.

Randy and his crew at Wilshire Tile were professional, thorough, on-time, and within budget. This project was not fully designed when it started so I was able to work with Randy to find the right type of tile layout for our needs. Would definitely use them again for my next project.
