I wish we could rate 10 stars because Mr. Willi and his team knocked the ball out of the park! They were very prompt and went above and beyond our expectations! They worked very well with our insurance company as well. Definitely recommend using their services!

They coordinated the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels, removed the existing roof, gutters, and downspouts, and installed a beautiful new roof in time for the closing of the sale of our home. Willi Roofing Services replaced my rental property's roof in Austin Texas January 2017 as part of a property insurance claim. Just 7 years later, the new roof started leaking in the master bedroom. To his credit, Tom Willi came by to examine the master bedroom ceiling leak. He told me the leak was from the attic vent cap's design and was not a roof replacement "workmanship problem".

The recent strong winds and rain caused horizontal rain to infiltrate that particular attic vent cap because of its position in the roof. In other words, when he replaced my roof 7 years ago, he claims the new roof that he installed excludes that particular attic vent cap. If you ever consider Willi Roofing Services to replace your roof, please be aware Willi's new roof excludes attic vent caps.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Contacted Tom Willi Roofing, he showed and advised new roof was needed. Promised a bid to preform work. Delayed for weeks, never called back, and never returned any calls. Extremely unprofessional and no explanation as to why he cut and ran! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TOM AND TEAM! Tom was very responsive from the moment he was notified we needed a new roof due to hail damage. During the replacement his workers were on time, did a great job and were very respectful. Tom was constantly checking on them to making sure they were doing a good job. Will definitely refer this company to others!

Because of forecast storm activity we were in need of roof repair at our home and my husband remembered Willi Roofing because of the outstanding work they did on a house in our subdivision. Dick called and explained our roofing problem and our concern about possible interior damage from the forecast heavy rain. Owner Tom Willi was gracious enough to come to out in the middle of the day and do the work necessary to keep us from any possible damage to the house. He took the time to listen to and address my areas of concern. I had acquired several bids and his bid was right in the middle; however, all the bids were very close to the same. After hearing all the bids I knew Willi Roofing was the correct choice. His crew did a fantastic job. Tom and his crew said what they would do and did what they said. They pointed out and repaired a couple very minor problem areas that could have very easily just been covered over and no one would have known.

I had a leaking roof and got Willi's Roofing to get an estimate and get a quick response due to a recommendation. I did not get a quick response nor did he even come out to give me an estimate. I called 3 times in 8 days to get an update for his estimate on a roof that is leaking and was told he could not get to me in time and to call another roofer. If you are need of someone in a quick manner look elsewhere.
