Jerry at West Side Electric is the best ever! He didn't have to take our call after his shift was over but he did, and he immediately came to work on our house so we could get our power back on for our family. We are so impressed and happy with our service. We will be using West Side Electric from now on

I needed two plugs installed. I called one evening thinking I was going to just leave a message and the owner answered. He talked through my project and gave me an estimate on the phone. I received a call following up and scheduled the service, Two young men came and did the work professionally and courteously. The price was great. I highly recommend West Side Electric.

I definitely recommend Jerry Bone and his employees. They have been in business about as long as I have been alive and absolutely offer quality service and customer care. They will treat you like family and treat your home as their own.

Westside was at our house the same day to install an outdoor outlet. The technicians were polite and efficient. Absolutely would recommend!

Customer service for this company is not a top priority. If I could give zero stars I would, but I will say the initial communication process to set up an appointment was good. What happened? I gave them one week to call me back before I posted this and I am still waiting for a call. I scheduled to have a technician come out to my house at 9:30 am, and at 10:15 am I finally called the office only to be told that they had an emergency and all their techs were unavailable.

I was told I would be called when they were on their way as soon as one became available. Still waiting a week later. If you don't want the business I'm totally fine with that, but don't make an appointment with someone and not show up or call to let them know especially when they potentially could take off work like I did.

Westside Electric spent more than six hours at our house yesterday addressing and fixing problems other electrcians have not touched. Chris went places no one has been in the 33 years we've lived there! Extra thanks to Westside Electric for sending a guy with expertise who was thorough, as tenacious as a detective, and extremely knowledgeable who addressed every single issue. Bonus: The price was incredibly reasonable! And did I say prompt? INCREDIBLE SERVICE in every way.

Our furnace motor went out on a super cold day and, while West Side Electric did not have the part in stock, the owner, Jerry Bone, went out of his way to help us find the part locally. I will call West Side Electric the next time something goes wrong, and also recommend them to family and friends. It was a super experience.

We recently called this company when our air conditioning was not cooling our house properly. We had used these electricians before, but not for HVAC work. The owner came out and looked at both of our units. He ended up detecting a tiny leak and was able to add Freon this time. He didn't try to upsell.

This electric company is the one I phoned when all the lights went out recently and I was in the dark. I guess we blew a fuse or overloaded a breaker and damaged it to the point that the box required an upgrade. I have to admit, our family tends to run several appliances at the same time, including hair dryers running and flattening irons.

The electricity in my home was fluctuating consistently and beginning to cause me eye strain and pain. The lights and power sources were flickering dim to bright with the bigger appliances pulling ALL the power.

Our house needed to be brought up to code with wiring breaker boxes and the like. We had heard about this company from a neighbor and thought we would try them. When I called I wanted to know if they had a master electrician.

These guys are my go to electricians and HVAC guys. It has been so hot this summer that we have had to repair several air conditioning units. They are great at diagnosing and correcting the problem the first time.
