At the beginning they will tell you everything you want to hear. They stated that thay they will service until the pest is gone and close the entries so your home is free of pest. They will go 3 times and leave all traps in your home and noone will answer you anymore. Lady on the phone is nice to collect the payment but very rude afterwards. Careful, this company charges cheap but not worth it. They will only keep your money and your problem will remain.

I like all the techs that came to my house but the owner.she doesn't stand by her guarantee. Starts fights with me on the phone. Makes up false information about how many times she had to come out. I have never been berated by someone who wants my business and had to remind her that I am the PAYING CUSTOMER! I feel bad for the techs because I can no longer be her customer.
