Mold
Report
When your home or business suffers any water damage or flooding, it creates a breeding ground for mold and mildew. The three things that mold and mildew need to reproduce are food, warmth, and moisture. After any type of water damage, the spores thrive in damp walls, cabinets, and housing structure. The process of mold growth takes less that 48 hours.

Drying
Report
Dehumidification is a pivotal part of the water restoration process. After all the standing water is extracted and the obviously affected areas seem dry, there is still moisture in places such as walls, plaster, paint, flooring, carpets, insulation, and structural studs. If left untouched, these areas will retain moisture and become a breeding area for mold and mildew.
Water Extraction
Report
Water Extraction is the process or removing water and moisture from a property. Although this sounds like a simple idea, there are some very important things to consider when combating a soaked property. The first thing that needs to happen is to identify the source of the leak.

Wish it would go lower, poor service and a waste of money. Didn't know what he was doing period.

Brad at Water Restoration worked with me to repair some water damage in my house. He was patient and professional and we went over our options and he gave me advice. I never felt pressured to have him do the work and he explained the situation clearly and in layman's terms so I could understand what I was dealing with.

When we had a major roof leak we originally called our insurance company's PREFERRED VENDOR. We quickly realized we had made a mistake by their plan of action reflecting what was best, less costly for the insurance co., vs. what we knew all had to be dried.
