We called Wagner and the scheduler was very professional. She was able to set us up for an appointment the next day. The technician (Jesus Tellus) was on time and did a great job. He was polite and pleasant. He carefully explained what might be our problem and what he was doing to determine what was causing the issue. He gave us approximate costs for needed repair. Once approved, he got our A/C system back up and working quickly. Excellent service!

Dennis Elliot came out on time, and fixed my A/C professionally! He really was courteous and very knowledgeable about the whole A/C electric system and fixed it in a timely manner. He made sure everything was wired right and that the A/C worked properly! I really thank this company and recommend them for anyone who needs a reasonably priced and professional job done. Barney Gallegos and Reese Ortiz we're the gentleman that helped us with our shower repairs and we're very professional and punctual. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how everything was going to work in place of the repairs of in the shower and we're extremely helpful in showing pictures on exactly what it started from beginning to end.

I got excellent service starting from my first phone call all the way to completion of the hot water heater replacement. All the latest safety measures were added. Their set price included the delivery and removal of the water tank, and a three year guarantee. The set price was easier to understand and acceptable rather than unknown hourly plus parts cost. The plumber who did the work explained everything, arrived promptly and did excellent work.

During a maintenance check one of my two AC systems was determined to have low coolant and a coolant leak. A preliminary estimate was created which was ~$1700. Then when it was determined my system was under warranty the company decided a technician had to come out and search for the leak - which was not thought to be needed until the warranty was in play. This experience felt suspicious to me and will cause me to be cautious with Wagner in the future. The matter with my AC system is not yet resolved.

This is a two-part review - The work requested was to raise the surface venting higher to prevent snow from getting blown in the utility closet (HVAC and water heater) and fix the leak in the HVAC exhaust that was inaccessible because of the cramped initial Wagner installation. The vents were fixed and the HVAC exhaust leak fixed and the unit lowered for proper access. Wagner gets 4 stars because: (1) Wagner Technicians (all) ***** 5 stars - Mike Vargas, Isaac Carbajal, and all the Wagner technicians that recently (April 2022) that worked on the HVAC to fix the Wagner installed unit (2018) were professional, conscientious, and technically proficient.

I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. The service desk and office staff were very courteous and tried to be helpful. (2) Wagner Department Managers ** 2 stars - Coordinating the work with the various Wagner department managers (service and installation?) to coordinate, schedule, and complete the work was difficult. I kept track of each interaction I had with Wagner.

It took 23 phone calls and house visits that occurred over one month to get the work done! Highlight was calling to confirm the final repair appointment (it was a multistep fix) and finding out the appointment had been cancelled. I had not been informed of the cancellation and the service desk had to help me reschedule the original appointment. The work is finally completed, and the installation appears correct (time will tell) but it should not be this hard to get the work done.

I am contemplating installing a new tankless water system, replacing the 50gallon water heater, to allow installation of a water softener in a cramped utility closet. It is not a plug and play installation (how do you route the water softener waste line?). At this point I do not have confidence in Wagner management to complete this multistep installation.

We got a call that there was someone available in about 20 minutes who could repair our faucet. Our appointment was actually scheduled for the next day but we were really glad to have it repaired immediately. The gentleman who came diagnosed the problem right away and explained what he would have to do to fix it. He was fast and thorough. He disassembled and reassembled the faucet correctly and had it fully fixed in 15 minutes. We were totally delighted and impressed. I recommend Wagner Mechanical with no reservation.

"Alex" with Wagner Mechanical was the BEST technician we've ever had. Prompt, Courteous, Skilled and so detail oriented. He had to custom make pipes to fit when replacing a nearly 50 year old water heater in our old Adobe home. Had to replace a networked smoke detector that was at the top of our 20 foot ceiling. These guys came right in and knocked it out - worked perfectly. They did such a great job I got estimates for 3 other projects and will be calling them soon.

I have had two different crews cometo my home: One for plumbing - replaced a broken garbage disposer - an awesome team who did an exemplary job, quick, professional and complete. The second team was an electrical team, who found and corrected several small mystery electrical 'glitches' - Darius and Luis, were even superior to the first team for their listening skills, and their ability to diagnose and correct problems.

So far, Wagner has proven themselves to be 'life-savers' when it comes to helping make timely repairs, a GREAT company, and I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors, family and friends. THANKS Wagner.

Barney & Luke came to install new faucet & add a soap dispenser. They were very professional, and added a last minute request to unclogged a sink drain in another room with no hesitation. Absolutely horrible experience with this companies plumbing workers. I was left with backed up kitchen sink, which I couldnt use and a sewer line that apparently could not be cleared and now needs to be replaced. On top of that, one of the workers would not wear a mask inside my home, even though I asked them too. The company did reach out directly to me and apologize, promise to do better and refund the cost. Hope they keep their word and improve service in the community.

I would like to preface this review with the work this company did for us was a job well done and the receptionist I spoke with was understanding. I also understand, as a business person myself, finding staff to work during the pandemic can be difficult. However, my husband and I recently canceled our membership with this company after paying a monthly membership fee without any service.

We schedule in advance for heating and a/c maintenance since we currently live in another location and cannot always be in ABQ when appointments can be scheduled or rescheduled. Needless to say, we have not seen someone Since the summer of 2019 even when we have have to schedule for emergency plumbing needs. There is always an emergency the day of our scheduled visits, and we are always canceled on the day of our appointment.

Carl was very personable and professional. He did a great job explaining flushing the water heater and all that it entailed. Would use him again.

Barney and Luke were fantastic. I had an issue with my water heater and they were able to address the problem and procure the needed part quickly. These guys were extremely friendly and went above and beyond in helping me to understand the issue, repair needed, parts needed, general functionality of my water heater, and how to understand, use, and maintain the replacement mechanism going forward. Barney also took a TON of photos of my water heater for my records with relevant information on its current condition and usage should problems arise in the future. I felt very informed and taken care of by these techs.

Wagner has always been great to us and we would always recommend them. I was home alone when the tech came and he noticed a leak in our water heater. I was pretty bad and if he hadn't of helped turn everything off we would have been had a huge mess.

This morning Jesus Telles serviced my AC and my heater. He was pleasant, professional, and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge. He explained everything in terms I could understand and I feel very comfortable knowing they will be servicing my heating and plumbing twice a year.

Zach Smith came out on time, discussed the various options to deal with my well worn water heater and once I choose from the available options, went right to work removing the old water heater and installing the new water heater with all the requisite modifications to ensure it is up to current code.

Ramon Campos and Noel Pacheco installed an Aerocool unit and a high efficiency Daikin furnace for us last fall. We were delighted to see them return to replace our second cooler with an Aerocool this September.

We have had nothing but GREAT service from Wagner Mechanical. Last year after Wagner serviced our AC we joined their service club. I'll admit I was skeptical but it turns out that it is well worth the money.

I felt that there was a lack of communication between me and the men who showed up to work. With one phone call, the supervisor did not just call me back, he came to my house. He apologized and explained that there were two teams, one for the electrical and one for the plumbing.

My name is CJ. We just had Chad R. come out from Wagner today to check out our HVAC unit that had been blowing fuses. Very polite and knowledgeable technician. Chad showed up when they said he would and took care of us in under an hour.

Jesus saves! Yet Jesus T from Wagner Mechanical also saved us from freezing. Our furnace just stopped working last night and we were about to freeze with the 18 degrees Fahrenheit outside. When I called shortly after 7:00am Wagner Mechanical had Jesus at my doorstep in an hour.
