Seal coating is the application of a black coal tar pitch emulsion to your asphalt surfaces. This material penetrates the surface and forms a protective barrier with your asphalt. It renews the appearance of your Blacktop and provides much needed protection. Asphalt surface wear is primarily caused by weathering, oxidation and the destructive softening effects of gasoline, and oil.

Have not used this vendor. However, one of their trucks was driving very aggressively, slamming on brakes and cutting people of. This is unacceptable and the company should be on top of their employees.

I've never used this vendor, but one of their vans was just riding the tail end of my car on the turnpike. Very unsafe and very aggressive! This company should tell its employees that everything that they do in uniform or in the company's vehicle is a reflection on the company.

The screen was fixed in a timely manner. I will close this pomplaint out once they have had a chance to clean up the rest of the dirty mess they left on my balcony.
