Poor middle management, work atmosphere, and daily changing standards for grades of wood, quality standards for grading wood are based on personal opinions rather than a set "no better, no worse than" standard for consistent quality and depending on how bad the wood is for the day depends on how much worse they'll let pass for higher grades than it really is, "production bonuses" are based on the quantity of each higher grade produced rather than being based on the amount of production accomplished for the day, which is what it should be based on is how hard everyone works and how much wood gone through in the day. Hoping for a good batch of wood to run the whole day for a decent bonus isnt fair to the employees when they work equally as hard on good wood days as they do bad wood days. Its not the employees fault the wood is bad, if they work hard and produce alot then the bonus should match the work not the grades produced

I purchased Granite for my kitchen remodeling project from Vermillion. My experience from beginning to end was 5 star. Paul was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was very reasonable and from template to installation it was only 1 week. If you are looking for granite, I would highly recommend you talk to Paul at Vermillion.

It practices in discrimination of religious views and they fire good hard workers for personal reasons. The supervisor Robbie lies to his supervisors about the employees he supervises. All of the employees use drugs on a daily basis and more so on breaks, which makes the entire workplace a dangerous and unsafe environment to work in. The supervisors turn the other cheek to this.
The floor supervisor Robbie lies to his superiors and lies and fabricated things about employees that don't Brown nose, as well as threats to employees. The blatant drug use during breaks makes the entire factory a very dangerous place to work in, as well as making the products low grade and cheap. This business should be investigated.
