I have Vanguard clean my carpets twice a year. I have 4 cats so always have pee & spitup spots that Folex can't completely clean. Vanguard gets them out every time, and the carpets smell nice and clean again. I chose them because they use steam cleaning instead of dry chemicals (which aren't good for animals). They're always prompt and professional. Nice guys!

.Vanguard sent someone over to have a look at it and it wasn't an issue. They gave me a couple tips about how to keep the ceiling clean, but didn't try to up sell me or talk me into services I didn't need. I appreciate a company that can just do the right thing.
