Valu-Rooter has been providing expert plumbing and drain cleaning services in North East Ohio since 2004. Our founder, Russell Halstead began his training in plumbing and drain cleaning in 1980. After working in the field and obtaining his plumbing license, he opened his first plumbing business in 1997.

Currently, we have three locations in North East Ohio to serve you. Franchise opportunities are available. Valu-Rooter offers full service plumbing and drain cleaning. Valu-Rooter plumbers are trained in modern plumbing techniques. The use of cameras and electronic locating eliminate guesswork and enable us to serve you better.

Our mainlline was completely clogged/blocked which meant we couldn't use any water. Value Rooter was able to come out same day and get our mainline clear so we can function again. I called Valu-Rooter last night after hours and left a message that my gas water heater broke. Not an emergency situation. They called me at 8 am this morning. John and Steve arrived at 11:30 with the new gas hot water tank. They did an excellent job. They were very pleasant, professional, courteous and friendly. They had to install a new gas pipe, valve and other parts as the gas line was not up to current code.

Used the shop vac to clean up the water that leaked onto the concrete floor because the water shut off valve failed and swept up after the installation was completed. It was much cleaner when they left than before they arrived. I would highly recommend them!

Ryan and Dylan did an amazing job! I really appreciate that Ryan was able to unclog our drain. The area in our bathroom is extremely small but he still was able to help us out. After 16 years of having a slow kitchen drain and using drain uncloggers, the drain finally stopped. Eugene was very friendly, personable, & professional. He did a very thorough job making sure the drain was completely clear. He helped taking items out from under the sink and when he was done, made sure everything was cleaned up.
