Unique Landscape

We are so happy that we found Humberto with Unique Landscape Management! After getting 3 bids for a variety of landscaping work in Santa Rosa, we chose Unique Landscape Management. Humberto met with us on site in order to provide a free quote, and he was very friendly and helpful with additional thoughts/ideas for the work. The work consisted of tree and shrub removal, replanting numerous shrubs, landscape maintenance, irrigation installation, and laying down weed cloth under rock landscaping.

Communication throughout the process was great, and the end product turned out exactly as we had hoped! Thank you to Humberto, the hard working crew, and all staff - we will definitely be using them in the future! We highly recommend Unique Landscape Management!

I used Unique Landscape for over a year. Initially they were good and I was happy with Unique Landscape. But as I've experienced with other companies, over time, the service gets worse and they start to cut corners. For the last few months, they had not sprayed for weeds in the areas required. Suddenly, my entire driveway was full of weeds and no longer looking good.

When I mentioned this to the employees, they decided to weed wack all the weeds including those next to my house. Due to this, they caused weed/plant debris to go all over the side of the house and into the paint. They had also missed an entire section behind my barn. When I mentioned it to the employees, they were only able to get to some of the missed area, and what they got to included damage to my shed from the weed wacker.

When they finished two weeks later I noticed they had been hitting the barn for some time. After informing Humberto, the business owner/manager, of the situation, he said he would contact me next week (I notified him on a Friday) and come by personally and take a look at the issues. I never heard from Humberto once, and he never came by for over a week.

During the last maintenance, I had one of their employee's weed wack right into my young Lemon Tree. He took out almost all the bark around a whole section of the tree. Unique Landscape is not responsive and provides very poor customer service. The overall quality is not good as well. They continue to have different employees come to the house week after week.

Due to this they do not inform them of what needs to be done specifically at my house, per the contract. And in the end they miss much of what needs to be done. Since then I have cancelled my service. Justin
