Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Horribly run company. They use unsanitary cleaning practices (mop water from bathrooms used to clean kitchens and cafes, rags used to wipe toilets also used to wipe down sinks etc). Hires unsavory types and the owner and office staff are unprofessional, rude, and racist.

Two brooms and a Mop has completely changed the way they do business compared to the review I have read before. Carol does a great job at scheduling and informs you on any changes and Louise is such a kind, caring person that she goes out of her way to make customers happy! I enjoyed my cleaning services and will continue to use Two Brooms and a mop monthly!

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I should have believed the review I read about their scheduling issues. After calling several times the day prior to the appointment (none of my calls were returned - I had to keep calling back), on the day of the appointment, they were a no call, no show. I called several times with no answer and left a message.
The second message I left, I told them to forget about coming out as I had already waited for over 30 minutes. The home was not occupied so I was out of drivetime and time waiting for services that never happened. Very sad that I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they didn't pull through. Disappointed.
