I have dealt with many HVAC companies over the years, True-Temp was Punctual, honest, quick and reasonably priced. The technician was easy to talk to, explained things in layman's terms and didn't try to sell anything I didn't need. I had two chafed wires so he was in and out in 20 min. Two thumbs up and I will call them again when needed.

Perfect experience with TrueTemp! Our AC broke down on our home that we had just purchased and it must have been 100 degrees that day. Kim was super sweet, professional and understanding, she sent Edwin and his assistant right away and determined we needed a new unit. They did not leave us in the heat! From the first phone call to this company, I was impressed. Kim was super friendly, professional and accommodating. In the middle of this pandemic and hurricane warning my AC needed to be replaced. The AC in my rental house went out on a Friday night in June. On Saturday, with my tenants sweltering, I called Edwin at 1:30 pm. The air was working again by 3 pm. Unlike the other AC contractors I called (and the guy I had been using for 5 years) Edwin is willing to take on the small jobs. Everyone else wanted to sell me a new system. With R-22 banned and expensive, he also offers alternative refrigerants to save money on those repairs. If you're sweating on the Treasure Coast, you won't regret calling True Temp.

Great service! I highly recommend True Temp for all of your HVAC needs. Our AC stopped working Saturday night so I reached out to them. Edwin arrived first thing this morning ( I hated that we were asking for a service call on Father's Day!!) and he couldn't have been more personable! He diagnosed and resolved our problem quickly and our AC was back in business and had cooled our house back down by 9 a.m. Needless to say, we signed up for the ongoing maintenance program and True Temp will continue to service our AC. When we moved to Port ST Lucie, we had no idea who to call for AC Service, True Temp was recommended through our Mortgage Superstar, we were so pleased with True Temp that we decided to go ahead with a new system instead of just maintaining what we had. True Temp gave us an awesome price, superb service and all on time and with a smile. Last night we had a need for service, All Temp did not hesitate one bit and was at our door within 15 minutes and had us up and running immediately, and again with a smile.

Today they emailed me with a Service Contract for maintenance and I could not believe how reasonable the rate is! True Temp includes 2 maintenance appointments per year, not one like most of the other service companies. We are so pleased with True Temp and will continue to use them for many years!
