With used Tropical Oasis several times for resurfacing and replacing a heater and pool pump. They do fantastic work, and have always gone above and beyond in leaving an installation done better than it was before, taking the initiative to correct undersized pipes, clean up routing of plumbing, and making sure they not only replace the broken part you asked for, but leave the whole installation done correctly and up to the best standards. Wilson and his crew are amazing. When I purchased my house, my pool was in terrible condition. They treated the water and replaced the broken equipment. Now it works great! They even took the time to teach me how the pipes and valves work to do things like isolating the spa when I want to heat up only the hot tub. After a leak occurred and Pinch a Penny wasn't able to locate a leak after five visits, I asked Wilson if his team could take a look.
They diagnosed where the leak was the first visit then fixed it the next day. Outstanding quality and customer service. I highly recommend these guys to anyone with pool needs.

We contracted Tropical Oasis Pool & Spa for two separate projects - to resurface my pool and to convert it to saline. Wilson was a great help throughout the process. - He helped us with designs of the surface color and tiles - He navigated materials shortages and made sure we were able to get the color we wanted on a tight timeframe - He recommended the best way to organize our pool pump and plumbing to make it look nice and be up-to-code - His guys fixed issues with electrical boxes unrelated to their work We were very satisfied with how things turned out. Would definitely work with Wilson and his company again.
