Trinity Flooring Prior to installation a Trinity representative walks each and every project to ensure all site conditions are ready for a quality install. During the pre-inspection they check moisture in the subfloor, evenness as well as deflections. After the pre-inspection if there are any areas that need to be addressed this will brought to you attention so appropriate corrections can be made.

After the site is confirmed ready Trinity will schedule an installer that specializes in each individual surface. This way we can ensure you get a quality installation every time. During the installation Trinity representatives will make site visits to ensure quality and standards are being met.

Act Quickly! Delaying may cause the spill to become a permanent stain. Blot liquids with a dry, white absorbent cloth or white paper towels. Gently scrape up semi-solids with a rounded spoon. Break up solids and vacuum. Pretest any spot removal solution (for color transfer to the cloth or damage to the carpet) in an inconspicuous area. If a change occurs, select another solution.

We got our entire new home done with Trinity. Countertops, Tile, Wood Flooring, installation, all of it. I started reaching out regarding the hardwood boards moving and chipped edges at year 2, was told that's what floors do. Reached out at year 3, got the manufacturer involved as our floors were creaking and squeaking everywhere, blamed it on installation (trinity).

Continued reaching out the the manager Vinny and eventually he came out and with stop squeak screws, made our floor even worse. I would call and text over and over trying to get some help, each time to just be told we were beyond our one year warranty. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE LIKE IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR FLOOR DOWN THE ROAD, READ THIS AND MOVE ON TO ANOTHER FLOORING COMPANY.

I'm now stuck with having to replace a 5 year old floor (1000+ sq ft) because the installation provided by Trinity was poor. They know it, the repair people they sent out that work for them said it, every other indy contractor we had to come look and potentially repair said it, but they won't help you. Buyer beware.

Even getting a quote was a mess. I wanted to put in an order for hardwood floors in a new house. After the initial exchange the sales person was not responding to my requests for days, only after I had to call the office to ask for a different sales person, which they didn't provide anyways. So at the end she just ghosted me and never provided me with an updated quote. Lost my business.

We had a unique problem, older house we wanted to update without losing the feel of the period. Anna selected countertops and tile that achieved that goal. Including "tracking down" a somewhat obscure item. Then managed the installation flawlessly. All at a great piece, couldn't ask for more.

I am VERY disappointed at Justin and the company. Justin came and measured our floor. He was late for an hour and has never followed up on our phone calls and emails. I brought up the problem to the main store last week and was told that I would receive a call this past Monday. Still nothing. 03/29 I am responding to the owner because your employee kept telling me that they will look into the product instead of telling me that you cannot install them upfront. AGAIN A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

Richard from Trinity Flooring did an amazing job touching up the grout on our granite countertops. He was on time, professional, did a great job cleaning up, and was a pleasure to talk with. If anyone has a countertop or flooring needs, Trinity Flooring is the place to go, and Richard is the person to ask for.

Tom Heintz was tremendous in helping me research some material for a mutual client. I had already made arrangements to purchase the materials through another company but Tom went out of his way to get the information I needed from a project that ran through them in 2018 and ensure the best outcome for our shared client. Exceptional service!

We recently had approximately 450 sq ft of carpeting installed due to nicotine damage from the previous owner. The instillation workers were in a huge rush to get out the the door so I skipped the walk through. I later regretted this because there were parts of my foundation showing along the seams of the carpet. From across the room in several areas you could see the concrete below.

A closer examination of the areas revealed that one could physically touch the foundation. Upon further inspection there were chunks of my door missing. There were also noticeably large pieces of wood missing from our kitchen island that meets the carpet. In addition, they damaged various parts of my trim which is "part of the job" according to everyone I spoke with from the company.

What I found alarming was that they had written this damage into the contract that you sign. So now any damage due to installation is covered under this contract no matter how big. I understand little nicks and scratches from tacking in the carpet but there were large gouges in the wood which made me question why they didn't remove the trims before carpeting.

The person in charge of scheduling my instillation and taking measurements liked to communicate primarily though text messaging but there were several occurrences where a phone call would not only be more professional but the correct course of action. After the instillation I had this overwhelming stress due to the fact that I had paid in full, a poor job had been done, and now I could not get in contact with my project manager.

After several hours I finally got a response back via text. I really wanted the peace of mind that the issues with the carpet could be corrected but instead received a message stating "It is better to talk in person about it" which to me translates into "This can wait until tomorrow". Really the only saving grace about this company was how quickly they were able to return and do a walk through as well as assess the damage.

We were scheduled to be repaired the next day but not without arguments about padding. We had a much larger budget planned for this job so every time that padding was brought up I inquired why I was not charged correctly for extra padding to compensate the difference in carpeting. They sent the installers that came out originally. Which I understand, especially if they're working off commission.

I've had a lot of contractors in my home recently due to the nicotine restoration project. I've never had anyone just ignore the state mandate for wearing a mask AS WELL as ignore social distancing. Because of the job being done incorrectly I had now had several people inside my home, half of them refusing to wear masks, in the middle of a pandemic.

I would not be getting this work done unless it was absolutely necessary that the nicotine soaked carpeting be removed from our home as quickly as possible. Immediately when the lead installer entered my home, he was disrespectful and angry towards me. He told me that there was nothing to correct and that he couldn't fix it. It was frustrating but not surprising to find that his attitude completely changed when my husband took over the conversation.

He was suddenly agreeable and more than willing to make the corrections. They finished and left within 25 minutes and we were able to move on with our life. There has still been no talk of compensation with the literal chunks missing out of my door and kitchen island. Based on my experience described above I am utterly shocked that the reviews are so high for this company.

We went with Trinity for our cellular/honeycomb shades after working with them for our tile and flooring selections. Joel was so friendly and very informative and helpful through the entire process. I very much appreciated how accessible he was and was impressed with the wide selection of options for cellular/honeycomb shades. Everything was handled in a timely manner to ensure our shades were delivered and set up for install by the time our house was ready. Joel kept in contact with me throughout the process letting me know when our order arrived, was available to assist with any rescheduling needs that came up, and provided great follow up after the install.

Our installer arrived on time as promised and was in and out in a flash. Best part of all was that the price point was fair and reasonable and our shades look amazing. I'm glad we chose to go with Trinity for our shades.

We hired Trinity to remove carpeting and install laminate flooring throughout the main level of our home, and to install vinyl in all of our bathrooms. Tom H. provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process, from our first contact late last year through finally completing the project (postponed due to the pandemic). Trinity's bid for the project was competitive with other bids received.

We were probably more anxious about this project than the typical homeowner (due to a negative experience with a contractor in the past), and Tom was very patient with our many questions and concerns. When we went to the Trinity showroom to look at different flooring options, again he was patient, he provided helpful information, and most importantly, he didn't push us to make a choice we weren't sure about. Nicole was very helpful with scheduling the project at a time that worked for us.

The sub-contracted installer showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and we are pleased with the work they did. Tom did a walk through the day of the installation to confirm that the installer had all the information and materials needed, and then did a walk through after the project was completed to ensure it was all in order. There were a few small pieces that had to be ordered and installed two weeks later. Trinity stayed on top of that--it did not drag out--it was done as soon as the materials arrived. All in all, we are very pleased with our new flooring. We recommend Trinity Flooring, and in particular, working with Tom.

Our overall experience was skewed negatively mainly because of the sales rep we had. Of which the owner had emailed me later on was no longer there and to follow up. That rep was a very nice person but he just didn't exude an air of confidence, which is something important when you'll be investing a lot into a whole new lower floor. And a few things he told us when he came to our house to take measurements didn't jibe with what a licensed contractor correctly stated.

The upside is that Trinity offers countertops as well as flooring. But we never felt a comfortable atmosphere when we were in the showroom (from any of the workers) and so have since found a fantastic local company to meet our needs.

So nice to find a locally owned company where they provide incredible service while getting reasonable prices. I will only use them for my counters and floors in the future and have referred friends to them already who feel the same way.

My experience with Trinity Flooring was amazing. My first project was hardwood floor replacement and we were so impressed we had them install the tile in our bathroom remodel and kitchen. Our counter tops will be installed next week and we couldn't be happier.
