We had the owner of the company come out to measure our garage door. Super nice guy, gave us brochures, and sample colors of garage doors. Before he left, he said he was going to email me a site where I could look up the door I like and see how much it cost, look at each door and see what I like and do not like. A couple of days past, no email. I called, spoke to someone to tell them what he was going to send us and she said she would get back to me through email.
Never heard anything. A couple of days past and I called again and left a voicemail. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything. Went with another company and got the new door installed this past week. Will never use Tri-County Garage door and would NOT recommend.

THE BEST! Period! I called Scott at 8 AM, he had a tech at my house by 11 AM that same morning and the job (spring replacement, verification of proper operation) was done by noon. Amazing response and professional attitude. Justin (the tech) was awesome. DO NOT waste your time going anywhere else for your garage door needs!

I'm a builder in Nashville. Don't get scammed like I did! They take your money and run without finishing their work and what work they do finish they don't warranty because they only care about taking your money and filling their pockets. Learn from my mistake - I paid them everything and then realized the work they were hired to do was incomplete and installation was SO BAD, they wouldn't even return to complete what they were already paid to do!
They told me to "hire another company" because they were not coming back out. They said they wanted MORE money to fix THEIR own work! Zero integrity and quality control with workmanship is non-existent!

I had damaged a panel on my garage door and called about 6 different garage door companies. All of them said they need a tech to come look and they had to schedule it way out or I never heard from them. Tri-County garage simply had me text pictures and came and installed it the next morning. Its very rare these days to get this kind of great customer service.
The tech Justin that came and did the install was wonderful and had the panel replaced in 15 minutes and was on his way. I would highly recommend Tri-county if you need any garage door repairs done. I am one happy customer!

I know why these guys have a five star rating! They earn it and deserve it! This is the only garage door company I'm using from now on. They told me an hour, they were here in 25 minutes. WOW! Half the price of everyone else I called! On time! That's rare! Super awesome customer service. I needed a rare garage door. I have on old cabin on my property that has on old 1950's block building under the cabin that had a big picture window in it. I thought, how awesome would it be to put a small roll up garage door so I can park my Riding Mower inside instead of in my Garage taking up space and smelling like fumes.
These guy were able to tear out the window, create a 6' hole without tearing up the rest of the structure. Install a custom small roll down garage door all in a few hours. I am beyond impressed. 5 stars from me and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Tri County.

Great experience with Scott's company. The guys were on time, and very polite. Had a broken torsion spring and they got it replaced quickly. To top it off they performed maintenance on the door by adjusting some screws and greasing. The garage door is so much quieter now. I was very impressed with Tri-County Garage Inc and I highly recommend their services. 10/18 Update I hired Tri-County Garage again to install a faux wood, insulated garage door in a building in my yard and they did a terrific job.
I have met the owner and two employees through a few projects over the years and they all are very kind, hard working people. Their service is always top notch and somehow they also have the best pricing. I have not found a better company to work with, in whatever industry, than Tri-County Garage. I appreciate them immensely!

I absolutely LOVE my new garage door! I couldn't be more pleased with how quickly they were able to get me on their schedule. They came out for an estimate on Monday afternoon and were installing by Friday morning. They arrived promptly, were professional and worked like a well-oiled machine. Grateful for their attention to detail and removing any debris.
I will definitely use them again if I decide to change the door on my detached garage or if I move to another home that needs a new door. Scott Ogle and his crew are the best!

I have been a Tri County customer for more than 10 years. They are fabulous to work with- prompt in scheduling service calls, reasonably priced and very nice, professional people. I recently replaced two garage doors and have replaced. both openers and have been verybpleased with the products and follow up service. I highly recommend them for service, new doors and openers!

Only one word to describe this company, FANTASTIC! My only regret is that I can't give them 10 STARS! They replaced our ugly, worn out door with a new carriage style door. Scott Ogle, the owner is an absolute perfectionist! Scott and his assistant worked tirelessly all day (huge job), only stopped for a 15 minute break. He kept me informed throughout the process and when he was through, he used their blower to clean all areas from debris.
He also cleaned the windows on the door and all smudges on the door itself from handling the door during installation. Scott is EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and has an enormous amount of integrity. He shook our hands when he was finished and thanked us for our business. Wow, I don't even remember the last time a contractor/vendor did that! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You will NOT regret using Tri-County Garage, Inc.! 10 STARS!

My elderly mother's garage door broke on her 50 year old house. It was the old wooden swing up type electric door. The frame around the door was cracked and splintered. So just had to replace our garage door after that cheap overhead door one quit working properly. Anyhow 1st class customer service from this company Tri-County Inc. Not only does the owner install the doors himself, but we got a great price on a three layer door and he not only cleaned up after himself 100%.
