This company put my roof on 14 years ago and still working for me with no leaks. They did a great job. I had a problem with my home owners insurance company recently because no inspection could be located but between myself, Chris the owner and the coab we were able to get the documentation needed for the inspection. I felt Chris went above and beyond to resolve issue I would recommend then and not hesitate to use again

Someone showed up at the house somehow without calling ahead, as we live in a gated community. Renters for 4 years and only we have access to grant people in. They came on the property unannounced taking pictures while i was in my room in workout clothes. I called to speak to the owner of this business 2 days ago, no one has returned my call? Disturbing lack of professionalism. UPDATE: After I posted the above review, only then did the owners wife called me. She proceeded to insult me on the phone. Very ugly initial reply here too. Since then they have edited it to pretend to be nice. Buyer beware if you have a problem.

Look no further for a roofer! We had suffered from a wind-storm and insurance was going to pay our claim. Had at least 5 roofers come out to give us an estimate. WOW! How they all varied in product, prices and character. Townsend was honest, offered quality product and installation. They even helped us in getting top dollars from insurance company by supplying the needed pictures, products and wind mitigation forms. Having several rentals, this has been our most pleasant roofing experience yet!

Townsend Roofing is a great company, for me i wanted a high quality roof with a warrenty by roofer and Gaf. I recieved a top quality roof with all Gaf products so a maximun credit for my homeowners policys wind mitagation report was 41%. Martin the supervisor was here for the whole day. They were careful on my property, cleanup was super, Waiste trailor on site for only 29 hours.
This company was recommended to me by a friend who was very happy with their work also. The employees are all employed by Townsend. To Chris the owner thank you for a Great job.

We had to replace our roof recently. A while back we had a limb sticking out of our roof from wind and Townsend was quick to respond and get it fixed. So, when we needed a new roof, I called Townsend and Chris was on top of it right away. We had some wood damage and they fixed all of that and put a beautiful new roof over our heads. Several of my neighbors have complimented the look of our new roof. We are delighted with it.

Great company doing great work! Got my roof replaced on August 1, 2018 and the roof looks great. We had a real hard working crew of 7 guys that completed the whole job in one day (i don't think it's typical because two of my neighbors got it done in 2 days). The next day foreman spent about 6 hours cleaning up and inspectin the work. We are happy with the quality of work and care taken while on site.

Excellent service! I needed someone to take a look at a leak issue. Turns out I didn't need a roofing repair at all, but Drew took the time to figure out what was causing the leak and went so far as to tell me what I can do to fix it myself. When I do need a new roof in 8 years or so, I will definitely come back to Townsend!

Excellent job! Done on time with high quality of workmanship. Crew showed up early and stayed late. Did a good sized roof in under a week with no issues. Job site was kept clean and workers were personable and stayed on task. I would absolutely use Townsend Roofing again and will recommend them highly to anyone who asks.
