Ten or twelve years ago TSR replaced the flat portion of my roof. When I called them for a proposal on a total roof replacement this summer, they said that the only part of the roof that needed replacing was the sloped shingle portion and that the flat roof work from a decade ago was still in good shape. Additionally, I was having the gutters replaced (at the time I didn't know TSR also does gutters). TSR worked with the gutter contractor so that the work done by each dovetailed.
The TSR installers were professional, prepared and, most importantly, very safety conscious. The estimate was for a single day of work, but complications arose and instead of "pushing" to complete the work in one day, they opted to keep the quality high and return the following day to finish the installation. The only thing they needed from me was a single 120V outlet. This is the second time I've used TSR and I doubt that I will ever use anyone else for roof work.

We recently had work done on our roof and I could not be happier with the final product. We had new gutters installed, along with fixing ponding issues and re-sealing our roof. Our roof was installed by Total Systems Roofing in 2003. It's a flat roof and we have had no problems in seventeen years. They are up on the roof twice a year for inspections and any minor repairs are taken care of during their visits. Never had a problem. Easy to deal with. I would recommend Total Systems Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.
