Top Line Fence

Someone snapped off a couple of spikes on the top of the rod iron fence they installed and they gave me replacements for free. Now that's what I call a good business.

Top line came in with the best estimate from four other local competitors. They were very straightforward and communicative throughout the installation. There was some miscommunication initially about stain choice which partly was my fault through my ignorance but that was rectified very quickly. Scott was very understanding and patient. There were some flaws that I pointed out after the installation was complete but again, Scott was very understanding without any back peddling and quickly sent out a team to remedy the problems. Posts were set in dead of winter so I have some reservations about the integrity of the concrete in the long term but overall, the finished product met my expectations. It came out looking great!

Top Line Fencing did an excellent job of installing a new cedar fence and double gates for our backyard! We are so pleased with the end results. Too over priced, I wanted a quote for a fence for my property, not reasonable at all.

Top Line Fence put up our backyard fence, & everything contracted between us and them was honored. Their work/workers on our project were top notch/professional.

I paid alot of money for wrought iron. Since nearly the beginning the fence is having issues locking because of issues with the alignment of the fence. I have called for over a year and the owner keeps assuring me someone will come out. I have waited patiently only to get phone calls from the alleged employee to come mitigate the issue. time after time he is a no show. it is a vicious circle. would never have spent 5 k on this conpany if i had know this family owned business. woukd treat me this way. thumbs down

I cannot begin to say how extremely happy I am with Top Line Fence. I called many companies in search of a single swing gate to be installed since I have small children and live on a busy street. Out of all the companies, this one was the best. It is family owned and I was treated like family. Gary was amazing to work with and he told me I could have anything I wanted.

I showed him what I liked and was very specific and they delivered. Scott was very polite and accommodated my request for the gate design, which I appreciated. Jeremy and Victor were my installers. They were absolutely precise and careful with placing the posts to welding the gate. They were so amazing to work with and very neat. They asked my opinion on gate placement and locking techniques and delivered what I wanted.

I am beyond satisfied with their work. If you're looking for a great price, great customer service and great product, this is the company to go with. The other companies made me feel like they didn't care and were too busy. Top Line was unbelievably pleasurable to work with. The gate is absolutely stunning. I can't believe the workmanship. Our fence was installed last month and we couldn't be happier - not just with the fence itself, but with Top Line Fence as a company. We did our due diligence and contacted several companies for quotes. Some took forever to get back to us, others were wildly expensive, some were a little rude. Top Line was incredible from day 1. As a first time home owner (we've only been in the house a year), we were obviously novices at fencing.

Top Line is the company to call when you need a new fence! I went with a white vinyl fence and it looks amazing. I was told that the parts would come in 6 weeks but it came in quicker than expected and they started right away. Jeff always responded to my emails in a timely manner. Top Line always stayed on top of everything from emails, to scheduling and clean up. It was a very smooth process. Kyle was the guy who came out and put up my fence. They did a wonderful job and I will be using them to complete the other side of my house.

I recently had a second section of fencing done in my backyard by Top line. Renaldo and Jeremy did an excellent job. They paid a lot of attention to detail and were very accommodating to special requests like being very careful not to damage a tree, installing an additional layer of boards to hide an ugly fence next door, etc, etc. Very pleased.

Top Line Fence did an amazing job. The project was very difficult given the large tree stump we had in our alley space. The worked leveled both poles raised the gate, added a bevel that was in line, and put in locks on the front and back gate. I was extremely impressed at the level of work and how they asked for my input on how I wanted it while they worked on the steps.

It was fantastic. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 was how they asked for a 50% deposit and it did take them one week longer to call me than they said it would. The work was worth that wait however.

My husband and I just purchased our first home with a nice, big backyard but there was no fence! We have dogs and having a fence installed was our first priority so they could run around safely. Top Line Fence is the company we decided to go with. They installed the fence we wanted in a timely manner and was within our budget. Not only is their work "top line", their customer service is as well. Couldn't be happier and neither could our dogs! Highly recommend!

Quick estimate. Responsive customer service. Professional, courteous installers. Superior fence. Took a while to get scheduled in, much longer than desired due to busy season and weather, but went smoothly once started. The final product is outstanding. Looks great, is very secure, very well built. Fair price to boot. Quite frankly, I won't bother calling anyone else in the city for fence needs now that I've used them.

From the get go, and based on these very Yelp reviews, I felt confident in going with Top Line. It seems there's a lot of substandard reviews on some of the other fence/gate/etc companies. I needed a gate between my neighbors and my house (there's a path to the back yard I wanted made into a gate so my dog couldn't get out). Phil came out and gave an estimate while I was gone and was nice enough to come out again to just briefly run through it AGAIN just so we're on the same page.

I requested the gate style match the neighbors- iron with cedar fencing and with a lock. I did not want an unsightly post screwed into the concrete, but they did an amazing job with sinking the posts into existing concrete so it looks flush. They sank the iron posts a few weeks after I signed the contract (that's the only reason for less than 5 stars), and it took another few weeks for them to come back with the gate- be patient- greatness and fabrication do take time.

I did call a couple times to make sure I was on Scott's schedule, they did communicate well, though since it was a longer process than I expected, I wanted to know what was going on a few times, and they generally got back to me in a day or two. While it took about two and a half months to go from contract to completed job, it is very much the quality I was hoping for at a price that was very competitive. The finished product is very nice and works as advertised. I would recommend Top Line!

We got a new cedar fence placed in April by Top Line. They were very professional and efficient! We love the way our fence turned out and they had the best pricing out of multiple companies we had looked into.

NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER. No doubt about it - the best there is from beginning to end! From our free estimate to the installation - smooth sailing! We are so happy with our beautiful fence. It looks magnificent and the gentlemen who installed it were very nice and always kept our yard clean in the process. Also great communication throughout the process with Jeff and Scott (always there to answer a question). Just an all around nice group of people to work with. I truly wish they did other work because I need a deck and would work with them again in a heartbeat!

These guys are awesome. Jeff was super communicative and helpful and we got the perfect fence. ONLY use these guys and NEVER consider getting a fence from the Home Depot. Great price. Great quality. Great service.

Top Line is top notch! So happy we used them to replace our old chain link fence with a new white vinyl picket fence. Price was very reasonable and came in lower than the big box companies (like Lowe's and Home Depot) that I had come out. Scott and Jeff were on top of things from the free estimate to the final cleanup of our yard. They were quick to respond to calls and emails.

Crew were very polite, they worked hard and got the job done as quickly as possible. They even filled in some areas of our walkway that had missing or cracked cement pieces at no charge. I appreciate a company that knows what they're doing and doesn't leave you questioning any of the work. Thanks, guys!

Scott and Jeff were great to work with! Kyle the installer really knows his work well. His measurements on the fencing and end baffles were a perfect fit. He cleaned up and completed the work in a timely manner. I would go with Top Line in the future due to the quality service and fencing material used. Top-line did a great job removing our old fence and installing a new one. Their estimates were in line with others we collected and their response time (from scheduling the estimate to providing the numbers) was beyond fast. They also bumped up our install date per my request, showed up when promised and cleaned everything up when they left. We would definately hire them again.
