Thomas Conway seems to be the owner of ThoroClean. On his website he states Customer Satisfaction is our # one priority.it goes on & on how great his business is. I am writing this review because this was not my experience with ThoroClean & from the # of negative reviews on Yelp many customers have had terrible experiences also. I understand how they feel & do not want other customers to have the same problems, This company offers NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

You take your chances & if you are lucky the job will be ok but if anything goes wrong which sometimes happens you will find it impossible to resolve the problem. I use service business often & have never had the owner hang up the phone on me, or insist that I send photos of my complaint. I thought I was dealing with a professional adult.

From start to finish they did a great job. Nathan seem to take his time and did a awesome job carpet cleaning our 3 bedrooms. I've used them before and you can't beat the price and service. I total recommend them for the job. Service: Area rug cleaning

Nathan and Joel came by this morning to clean my vents. What a difference! I had a coupon and they were both very nice and professional. The sanitizing spray makes my home smell fresh and clean. I will hire them again. Thank you!

We have used Thoroclean on many occasions and have never been disappointed! They are a fantastic, locally owned company with great employees. Nathan has been out to our house the last two times, he does a fantastic job and is a great guy. You can tell he cares about the quality of work. I would highly recommend Thoroclean, they are a great reliable company. Their prices are very competitive also.

Nathan stopped by and did an awesome job cleaning 2 bedrooms. He also stopped by another property and helped out an elderly couple. Happy to have thoroclean on our cleaning team!

Nathan and Joel did our ductwork cleaning today. Both gentlemen were VERY professional and explained everything before and during the cleaning process. Highly recommend their services if you need this service.

UPDATE: 4/12/22 I was contacted today by the owner (Thomas) who wanted to start the process of making things right. Apparently the gentleman who came to my house was also the one who happened to answer my call-so no surprise there why it took so long to hear back. Thomas and I chatted and he asked if I would be willing to give them another go as he takes his reputation and his business very seriously.

I've updated my review from 2 to 4 stars in the hopes that a few months from now when they return I can pop back on and give them a full 5. Thank you Thomas for your professional manners. Details below but the key points: *they tried to upsell immediately *work was quick but sloppy *behavior was a bit scammy *left my carpets so wet that even after using my own wet vac they took a full 48 hours to dry *still haven't heard back from them after lodging my concerns I can't speak for this business as a whole, but here in Albuquerque my experience was pretty bad.

The gentleman who arrived waited until he heard my dog bark to offer an upsale of the enzyme treatment for some $36. Not really a problem as I am trying to take good care of the carpet. I said I would think on it while we did the walkthrough and before we had even finished he offered to just charge me $20 instead as a "tip". Is that standard practice.

I think probably no. I say sure and he gets to work. It was all done quickly which was nice and when it came time to pay he asked if I wanted to do cash or check. It's 2022. I expect most businesses to have swipers/square. I didn't have correct cash on hand and what do you know he happened to have the swiper all along. He let me know the carpets would take 4-5 hours to dry.

Well even after running my heater and my fans with windows open all day they weren't dry. I took my little wet vac on dry mode and this picture is the water I got out of my stairs and one bedroom (the other two were fine). It took my carpets 48 hours to be fully dry even after my own assistance. I called to tell them how it all went down and they said they would look into it and call back. Still waiting so I guess I'll just slap this review here and warn the rest of you.

This review is late in coming since the work was done on 3/29/22 but I was moving. However, I did not want to neglect saying I was absolutely satisfied with the thorough carpet shampooing done by ThoroClean. First off, Thomas (office) was wonderful in scheduling the work and he kept me informed. He was very professional. Next, Martin and Jon did a absolute thorough clean.

They were friendly and very professional. I loved that they called and said they were on their way 20 minutes before showing up and within the appointment time. I would definitely use ThoroClean again. And I would request Jon and Martin.

Rude. Doesn't know how to run his business. Technicians did a terrible job the first time and they had to come back out. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and use them again. My floors are still filthy. I will never do business with these people again. They will also call you and harass you and tell you they are turning you into the credit bureau when you don't even have an account with them.

I was so impressed with the two young men that came to my home. They cleaned my sofa and loveseat with great care. They were very professional and exceptionally polite! My furniture looks brand new! Akiva and his associate were awesome!

I had two technicians to my house last week to clean my vents. I had noticed since we moved into this house a year ago that I wasn't breathing as well at night. After they had done the cleaning I walked around the house and realized they left quite a mess. Any area close to a vent was covered in dirt/dust. I called and spoke to the owner ( I presume) and he was willing to refund me for the time it took me to clean.

I appreciated his willingness to leave me with a positive experience despite the issues I had. I've noticed since they've cleaned the vents that I am breathing much easier at night.

Out of the many service companies you can call do not call this one they do not stand by there business nor their mediocre work much less their word. To top it off when they finally do show up You would imagine there two man team could competently clean two-small rooms but they can't and when they promise you a scheduled return they act like this never happened and he wasn't the one we spoke to.

Avoid this company Thomas sucks! Frank had some customer service Thomas some how has amnesia except he is the only one who I have ever spoken to. We have used this company before and now I will be sure to never return management is for the birds. Waited an entire day for them ti show up and they never came still rescheduled and they finally show up three days later postpone my trip since they flaked on me had them still come.

Guess what they do a horrible job! a rug doctor would have knocked them out of the park. Idk if there people forgot the chemicals but never have they done my carpet this terrible mind you I am a repeat customer!. So I call them Back the next morning as instructed he can't fit me the next day because I'm leaving on my trip so Thomas promises a reclean on the 14th of May when I get back from my trip on may 12th I call to confirm the time and here goes Thomas. Flakey company bad business broken promises unreliable extremely sub par work! Good business stands by their word and their work they stand by neither

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. From the owner who answered the phone on a weekend, no less, to the 2 gentlemen technicians who came to my house. Each was well informed and articulately explained what the process was to clean the duct work and dryer vent in my home. I appreciate that, people who know what they're doing and not some script!

It was a good price as well. And what do ya know.the price that was quoted to me on the phone remained the same price when techs showed up! Yay! I recommend ThoroClean to anyone who appreciates good work and knowledgeable people standing behind it!

Frank and Jonathan called prior to coming to make sure we were ready. Frank and Jonathan came to our home and were very professional at cleaning and handling business with us. They did such an outstanding job cleaning our vents for our home. We noticed a difference in the air quality immediately once we turned on our unit. They also cleaned our dryer vent and even showed us video footage of before and after; everything runs like new! We appreciate the care and treatment we received!

Hard to give a review when they never called nor showed up for the appointment I scheduled. I waited for two hours for someone to show up. Just bought a house and can't move furniture until the floors are cleaned. Thanks for nothing. I'm using Xtreme clean instead.

Contracted for sofa cleaning. They cleaned sofa outside, so no excuses as to why they missed lower half. Sofa was more than 60% dry when they left. I contacted them within 24 hours and asked for complete cleaning of sofa. After not receiving a response from company, I disputed payment on credit card. However, since I signed before checking sofa, Thoroclean received full payment without doing a satisfactory job, or much of any job at all! So disappointed and would not hire them if you want communication and a job well done. Horrible customer service, bad cleaning job!

Contacted this company for a quote on duct and floor cleaning after a flood in my residence. They made the appointment. Nothing was said at the time of setting the appointment about a $90.00 charge for the estimate. There is nothing about this cost on their website that I could find immediately. When challenged about this the owner, Tom, said by phone, that he would not eliminate the charge even though all other companies that were giving me quotes were free. Additionally, the 2 men doing the estimate did not say anything about the $90 cost until after they were done and were writing the estimate. This is not professional practice and I would strongly urge extreme caution or avoidance with this company.

I took a rug to Thoroclean that had been soiled by one of my dogs. The rug was already overdue for a cleaning. When I picked it up the next day, I was amazed that it looked brand new! The cleaning process removed stains from chemicals I had used on the rug during the past year. The price for cleaning was reasonable and I received excellent advice from the manager prior to cleaning.

I highly recommend ABQ's ThoroClean! I called Friday afternoon, regarding basic carpet cleaning services, and received an estimate, along with information about better (and less expensive) options. They were even able to schedule an appointment for the following morning! The two gentlemen who came out, Jonathan and Daniel, were exceptionally nice and helpful; even calling ~20 minutes before arriving.

They explained the process of using enzymes to desalinate stubborn pet odors so I understood the cleaning process. The carpet was treated, pre-conditioned, and hydra-vacuumed, (for 1 room) in under an hour. Thanks for the great service, great conversation, and for employing courteous and skilled technicians!

Derek and Jarrod from Thoroclean cleaned our carpets this morning.they were on time.called 30 minutes ahead.were very courteous and professional and did a great job! Took several rugs in to be cleaned before we moved. After arriving and unrolling the wrapped rugs, we found they smelled like they had been sprayed with air freshener, but still had substantial dog hair, a leaf and pieces of grass stuck to them as though they had not been cleaned at all. We called the company and asked for a refund and were blown off. After disputing the charge with our credit card, the company wrote and lied, saying we had never contacted them. Take your money somewhere else.

I called on Friday and they were here on Saturday! The men were professional and they even gave me a discount without asking for it! They were very thorough and my furniture looked like new! I'll be getting my carpets cleaned soon, and will definitely be calling Thoroclean!

Used thoroclean in past & always happy with service & professionalism. Today 3/21/16 had 14 year old carpets cleaned by Scott & Forest! Love them! They did beyond a phenomenal job and extremely pleasant & professional!

I have used Thoroclean multiple times and I am always amazed at how clean they get the carpet. Today Juan and Bryant cleaned an apartment that I own. After having a tenant in the apartment the carpet was filthy. Now it looks brand new. Thank you guys for the great job.
