Starting using as a quarterly service. Decided to not use after the second quarterly treatment as I was concerned with their professionalism. They enforced that feeling when they contacted me to schedule the 3rd treatment and I informed them I was going to use another service. They threatened to bill me for two more treatments stating I was stopping the contracted service. Customer service is lacking.

The pest control service that was provided to my home on two occasions was great. They arrived within the designated time frame and were very professional. The technician we had was Jonathan, and he was great as well. He thoroughly explained what was being done, and he made sure that my family had everything they needed to leave the house for a couple of hours. Kind technician and excellent service.

Thomas worked with the contractor when the house was built. I waited over a year and never heard from them again. Seems that our street name was changed (new development) so the termite warranty mailers never arrived. When I finally called them, they waived the last fee and continued the warranty with no issue. The quarterly service has been great and they are friendly when I call the office. Highly recommend.

We've been very pleased with Thomas Pest Control. They did the original termite treatment on our new home, and we have kept them as our go to pest control service. We have a monthly mosquito treatment done in the summer months, and we do not have any mosquito issues-and we live on the lake! Highly recommend. Great customer service.

He then proceeded to do an exceptional job, and afterwards, Josh pointed out some things I can do in order to help keep the bugs at bay.

The man who visited our apartment today was so incredibly thorough and professional. He asked me about my concerns and was very informative, patient and understanding with treating the apartment. He sprayed everywhere and told me that it may take 3 days for the chemical to fully develop.then offered to come back if I needed anything else in the future.
